We visited the Nex-Gen showroom in Fort Collins. The salesman was helpful and informative but not pushy. We had another salesman visit us at home and give us some ideas. He asked for our business but was not pushy. He understood that I was dealing with the death of my father, and also understood that we were in the middle of refinancing, and he and his supervisor worked with us in a patient and polite manner. When the windows arrived the efficient and polite crew did the installation in 2 days. A week later two painters arrived and carefully painted the inside framework for us. During a recent severe cold spell we noticed an improvement in how our house retains heat better and our north-facing windows no longer are cold. From the beginning of contacting Nex-Gen to finish of the project the process was smooth and without hassle. We had considered other brands but the Marvin windows with the fiberglass technology were the most superior and by far the best value from what we were quoted from other companies. We had our home resided and installed new storm door and main entry door. From 1st appointment for estimate we were treated with respect and felt no pressure to to make a quick decision or pressure to buy. We learned a lot from Ted our salesman who saved us several thousand dollars by explaining that not everything had to be replaced. When we made our final decision and placed our order everything moved along very smoothly. Brent, the owner of the company was responsive to our questions and has a wonderful office staff to efficiently handle anything that might come up. Questions and calls were returned promptly. Delivery and installers we equally efficient. They worked hard only stopped for a short lunch break and worked from sun up until sundown. We love the doors they installed! They look so elegant. I smile every time I walk by them. This was somewhat complicated as they had to shorten a 6 foot window above our front door. This experience was literally like a breath of fresh air for us. Every employee involved was professional, courteous, and left us with a job well done. Wendy kept in touch about times and dates. James and Dave installed 13 windows in frigid weather in just 2 days. They were respectful, neat, clean and did a perfect job. Clark checked in during the installation process, answered questions and then followed up to inspect their work the very next day after all the windows were in. We have a fixer upper and had a few different brands of windows and doors installed. We did it in phases. We had some new vinyl windows installed and later a few Infinity from Marvin windows installed. The difference between the vinyl and Infinity is incredible. We later had an Infinity patio door installed. The Infinity quality is like no other! The noise reduction and temperature difference is very noticeable. They provide a bigger view and glide like butter! We will only go with Nex-Gen and Infinity from here on out! In addition, Nex-Gen’s team is wonderful. I really cant say enough about the entire experience. Especially in these most recent time's we are all going through.
Starting with Hunter taking my initial call, then Ted coming out to the house and helping with my decision making. Windy keeping me in the loop during the manufacturing process and finally, exactly on time meeting the installation crew, Ishwa and Drew.
Everyone treated me as if we had know each other for years. The job is A++ and they all let it be known that they will be here for me in the future when and if needed.

Superior service, installation, and product. Nex-Gen did a full window replacement on our two story home in Fort Collins on October 2020. Two months later, everything is still perfect about them. We chose many different window types for the house (double hung, awning, casement, half moon, sliders, oriels) and changed our minds several times through the design process including adding two new window openings. The thing that impressed us most about Nex-Gen was their patience through our design changes and that they ordered everything exactly right in the end. We met with 5 other window replacement companies to get bids. We ended up going with Nex-Gen due to their full frame installation (vs pocket) and the fiber glass Marvin windows having a slimmer profile and better heat tolerance for direct sunlight. Ted and the installers provided windows for us in our bedroom two years ago and we were so impressed with the quality of the windows and installation. Now two years later, Susie and I loved the quietness, the warmth in the wintertime, insulation from heat in summer and ease of cleaning of the windows that they installed. Nex Gen replaced 6 windows in our 30 year old house and we couldn't be happier. Thier communication was top notch and they delivered when they said they would. The installers were courteous and professional and did a great job. I am an extremely picky person but can honestly say I found absolutely nothing wrong with their quality of work. Once finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been here other than seeing new windows. The painters also did an excellent job painting the new interior and exterior trims and cleaning up. If you are looking for quality windows, not big box store windows, Nex Gen is the way to go. We have had our infinity by Marvin windows now since March of 2020, and I love the professional look of the windows. First - the infinity fiberglass product is beautiful! Our windows and sliding door are stunning!
Second - the product itself is outstanding. We happen to have them installed during the summer where we were in 95+ days and then the random snow fall and down to 37 - our A/C barely kicked on during the hot days and our house warmed up with a quickness when it was cold and snowy outside! Plus - our house is SO QUIET now - completely noticeable quiet!
Finally and most importantly - the level of service has been outstanding! From Ted in sales who took the time to get to know us and our needs and checked in on us the whole time...to Ish and Drew who spent the week with us installing - answering our countless questions, double checking the work, and becoming like family! We had windows replaced by Nex-Gen. The windows operate very smoothly and block most of the heat from the sun. The installers, Iswad and Drew were very conscientious. I had a very pleasant experience with this company. There was lots of communication and they patiently answered all of my questions. However, they didn't warn me about how much dust there would be. I would have done much more prep ahead of time than they recommend: remove all fabrics from the rooms (rugs, bedding, towels, etc). The installation crew even put my blinds back up. We have purposely waited to write this review. Our InfinityWindows were installed last July, 2019.
We have now gone through a summer and winter with them. There have been so many positives
On these windows. Our heating bills were down $30-40 per month through the winter. The house no longer felt drafty and cold. Summer good test was our master bedroom on the west side was stifling on hot days. No longer then case. the AC does not run nearly as much , and actually shuts off! My tracks on my windows are dirt free and no longer caked with mud after a long winter. Also external noises have diminished dramatically, the house is quiet.
