Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

I received 3 different bids (NG, Anderson, and Champion) on replacement windows for my house. NextGen came in very competitive (nearly equal to the lowest cost) and had better financing options. The windows are good quality and simple to use/clean. The salesman (Clark M.) was knowledgeable, helpful, low-pressure, and displayed a genuine interest in ensuring the whole process went smoothly (education/options, ordering, updates, and check-in after install). Their install team was top-notch too. They were personable, accommodating (furniture, pets, roommate's needs, landscaping, etc), very efficient and took care to keep the area clean while installing each window. I had nearly 30 windows to install and they were done in a day and a half. Alberto and his team are f'in' amazing!

Clark had a good presentation to show why Next-Gen windows were a good investment along with all the options available to me as far as color and style. I was very impressed with Alberto and his crew who showed up ready to work and they did a great job with the installation. Alberto saw a few potential problem areas in the basement and included me in the decision making which was awesome. I trusted him enough to let him decide what was best. One handle was missing and Don made sure I got it as quickly as possible. This company is great at communication and I knew what to expect!

Great experience! My salesperson was Steve Blanda, he was helpful, professional and did a great job helping us pick the perfect windows and front door for our almost 60 year old house.
I was also super impressed with the crew that came to do our installation. They were punctual, friendly and patient when I wasn’t as ready as I thought I was. They finished the job well before the time scheduled and managed to fit brand new windows into a crooked old house seamlessly so they look like they’re meant to be there.

We purchased a custom Marvin door from Nex-Gen a few years ago. We couldn't be more pleased with its solid feel and with carefully matched color. Recently, we called Nex-Gen for an adjustment to the latching mechanism. Mike came out the next day and fixed it immediately for free. Nex-Gen takes their life-time warranty seriously!

Good people, knowledgeable they supplied windows for a job of mine, did have one that was broke when installed but they were more than happy to take care of it

Our house had the original windows from 1959. They were steel frame single-pane windows and they would freeze up when it was cold outside. After getting in touch with every window sales rep in the area to hear about their products there was one company that stood out amongst everyone which was Nex-Gen. Their infinity line of replacement windows was second to none. All of the research I had collected assured me that infinity's ultrex fiberglass was the best material for long-lasting windows. Nex-Gen is absolutely the definition of positive and professional service. Melissa in the front office is friendly, efficient and very helpful. The salesman was informative, honest and went over and above to explain the difference in the products, the pros and cons for them and didn’t try to push you towards one over another. The installation team of Casey and Joey were outstanding. They were on time, respectful of the house, efficient and did an excellent job from beginning to end. The followup by the project manager, Don was spot on. We chose the Marvin window product and they have by far exceeded our expectations in sound and climate control. While the products are excellent, the service Nex-Gen provides takes this company to a level all others should strive to achieve. The “at peace” warranty is just the icing on the cake.

NexGen did a fantastic job replacing our windows and front door. Our house is older, and we had really terrible single-pane windows and a warped front door. Ted came out and took plenty of time to go over our options and helped us come up with some great window designs that now give our home great curb appeal.

The installers were great when it came time to actually have the new windows put in. Very personable and professional. Their work was top notch, and we love the way our new window casings look. Our utility bill has gone down and we never notice any road noise anymore. We still can't get over how nice our front door is now, it perfectly compliments our house and it is super solid.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose NexGen, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering replacing their windows.

Very professional company to work with!! The installers were efficient and respectful. They cleaned up every speck of dust they left behind. In fact I think my house was cleaner when they left than when they started! We are in the service industry so good customer service is easily recognized. These guys went above and beyond. Recently had Nex-Gen replace an old window in our house. Very happy with the installation and the window itself. Their staff is very professional, responsive to questions and friendly. One the day of the installation itself one of their project managers stopped by the house to see if we had any questions and then gave us a follow-up phone call a few days later to see if we were satisfied with the new window and the installation. I would highly recommend this company, especially because they are local.

We recently had all our windows and patio door replaced by Nex-Gen. The team at Nex-Gen is fantastic! The process was very smooth from the ordering all the way through to the installation. Someone even came out during installtion to make sure everything was going smoothly. This company is amazing!! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. From start to finish our experience was exceptional! We had 27 windows installed and siding to match existing siding for half of our house. Every crew that came out was professional, on time, non-intrusive, friendly, and caring. Not to mention they were all experts in the job they were performing. This was a huge project for us and we were very concerned about follow through as many contractors start out good but then they end up not finishing usually at least one little thing. We had head people from Nex-Gen coming out to our house on their own just to check to make sure things were done right. The windows themselves are amazing! We used to get emails from the electric company saying that we use 300% more energy than the people surrounding us with the same square footage. Now we get emails that say we use less than the people with the same square footage surrounding us .

These folks are the best! I hired them last year to put on siding, frame doors and windows. This year I hired another company to repair hail damage. They slapped on a roof and left me waiting 5 months for new windows. I fired the crooks and placed a call to Next Gen. Ted was at my house the very next morning to get my problem solved. I've been so pleased with these guys I asked them to do the rest of the windows we didn't replace last year. The estimate was very reasonable, and I can trust them to get it done right.

Nex-Gen replaced both a 12-foot patio door system and a 6-foot slider patio door at our home. Their estimate was good and they were able to install on schedule, despite the current rising prices and shipping challenges. Ish and his team (Mike and Dan) did an exemplary job, installing both doors in a single day. The doors are beautiful and match the existing doors and windows in our home. Ish and his team are friendly, professional and we’re a pleasure to have with us for the day. When we accidentally nicked the caulk trim, Nex-Gen sent out an expert caulk tech (also named Mike) who repaired the nicks seamlessly. Mike was also a pleasure to work with. We are extremely pleased with our new windows! Our sales rep Ted Rajewski was caring and sensitive, and our installer, Ish Cherry, was the best. Ish is a perfectionist, and that's what you want when installing new windows. They are on time, very caring, easy to be with, and fun! We highly recommend them.

We had our builder grade windows replaced by Next Gen a few years ago and are still in love with them. We used them again to replace our windows in our dining room and thy put in beautiful bow window and a stunning picture window in our living room. Their service and quality are excellent and we would use them again.

Esh, Mike and Drew did a great job on installing our new windows. We’ve got a quirky, old home and it was no problem for them. They made everything look seamlessly finished inside and out. We can’t believe how much warmer and quieter it is in our home with the new windows, they are beautiful and we will definitely use Nex-Gen in the future.

Had a sliding door installed to upgrade the one that came in my house. New door looks great, seals up perfectly, and was done first try. Ask for Mike Deyoung to install, he nailed it!
