Mr.Sandless did an exceptional job on our home away from home. They communicated from start to finish, ontime, and thorough. They were careful with all our furniture and didn't get a speck of dust on 25 plus plants. They were even courteous with our neighbors and made sure to not block anyone's parking with prior consent. Very grateful we found them and will absolutely be using them in the future.

We just had our 27 year old hardwoods redone by Mr Sandless and the finished product was incredible. I thought I was viewing my new home from 27 years ago. The staff at ETM flooring who preformed the work was outstanding especially Emmanuel Hopkins.

I will highly recommend Mr Sandless to one who considers bringing the beautiful floor back. Wayne and the team do what promised to bring the floor and cabinet to their best beauty again. I was impressed that they not only do their job, but also move our furniture with cares. They moved our furnitures ( an old but very beautiful solid wood cabinet) to our house’s front porch when they do the floor, they even covered the plastic wraps around them to make sure the furnitures won’t get any wet since there was high percentage of raining that next day . Some small problems on the cabinets with rough surface in few spots, we wife called them then they come back to fix the problems very quickly. We satisfied and glad did the right decision to pick Mr Sandless.
