Our hardware floor had several patches of scratches, damage and sun fading in the most used area. I contacted Mr Sandless of Central NC for help and set the date for the repair. The technician, Emmanual arrived on time and explained the process and what I could expect. He took great care to get everything right. When he was done, I was amazed! The scratches were gone, the color was back and the damaged area was seamlessly blended back with the rest of the hardware floor! We are so pleased with our refinished floors by Mr. Sandless crew. The team showed up on time, explained everything they would do, and were professional in every aspect.

We had inline vent covers put in and they stained them to match our floors - outstanding!

The team added two coats of stain, which added enough color taking away the orangey look it previously had. Our stair treads were also done, very tedious for we had white painted risers and spindles. Stephanie called and scheduled me for an estimate. Within days Mr. Wayne came out and gave me a quote for my damaged wood floor due to water overflow he also gave me a discount after speaking to Mr. Ed
Stephanie then called and scheduled a date for the job. Mr. Trey came to do the work, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the job. Mr. Sandless of Central NC recently replaced 800 square feet of living, dining, entry, and kitchen floors. They were punctual on all of their respective visits; estimate and actual replacement. I will highly recommend Mr Sandless to one who considers bringing the beautiful floor back. Wayne and the team do what promised to bring the floor and cabinet to their best beauty again. I was impressed that they not only do their job, but also move our furniture with cares. They moved our furnitures ( an old but very beautiful solid wood cabinet) to our house’s front porch when they do the floor, they even covered the plastic wraps around them to make sure the furnitures won’t get any wet since there was high percentage of raining that next day . Some small problems on the cabinets with rough surface in few spots, we wife called them then they come back to fix the problems very quickly.
