Mr. Sandless of Central NC

We purchased a commercial office building that was built in 1948 and had oak hardwood flooring that was in need of refinishing. After reading about the advantages of Mr. Sandless wood floor refinishing I gave them a call. Emmanuel Hopkins came out and examined the flooring where a counter had been removed and the worn areas where the desks were removed and said that he would do his best to make the area where the counter was removed match the rest of the flooring but it would be difficult. Well, I would never have thought that we would receive such a beautiful restoration. The floors far exceeded our expectations and everyone that come in mentions how beautiful our floors are. All I can say I wow! The floors were in really bad shape and now they look brand new. Brandon and Trey were really nice and very professional. They sent me a sample of the stain to approve and even cleaned everything up both during and after the process, so all I had to do was walk in and start enjoying my amazing floors! They did a great job on our floors. The guys were very careful with our furniture moving it and putting it back. We had a couple of spots we called to their attention and they fixed them perfectly. The floors look ok, not that great. We can’t walk on them tonight, they are too wet. The website advertises you can walk on them right after. Scheduling was an issue too, although the owner/ manager did his best to get the worker in sooner. Overall we wish we had just refinished them for as much as we paid this company. Read more >

I recently had my hallway restored and decided to go with Mr. Sandless, and I don’t regret it. Trey was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. I am so very pleased with Mr Sandless. They arrived as promised, cleared out room of furniture and began by 9 o'clock.

They finished and it was dry by 3. Able for humans to walk on with socks by dunner time and dogs the next day.

Color and shine are beautiful and you can't beat the price. there was less dust than when they started (which was there because of normal everyday dust).

It's a family owned business and Grandson Landin did our floors. He is excellent! Everyone I dealt with at company were most kind and efficient.
