Emmanuel did a wonderful job. The job was spread over 2 different days to accommodate my need to move furniture around. He was there at 8am sharp and was very careful moving his equipment so as not to damage the walls. The end result looks great, and I have already recommended your company to my neighbors.

We purchased a commercial office building that was built in 1948 and had oak hardwood flooring that was in need of refinishing. After reading about the advantages of Mr. Sandless wood floor refinishing I gave them a call. Emmanuel Hopkins came out and examined the flooring where a counter had been removed and the worn areas where the desks were removed and said that he would do his best to make the area where the counter was removed match the rest of the flooring but it would be difficult. Well, I would never have thought that we would receive such a beautiful restoration. The floors far exceeded our expectations and everyone that come in mentions how beautiful our floors are. Thank you ETM Flooring, Mr. Sandless for such caring and dedicated service at a reasonable price which is so hard to find these days.

Great experience and service from Mr. Sandless. Brandon was prompt and courteous. I had the sandless one-day process; the process was finished by 5 pm and we were able to walk on the floors in socks. And the floors looked great. Would definitely recommend this company.

All I can say I wow! The floors were in really bad shape and now they look brand new. Brandon and Trey were really nice and very professional. They sent me a sample of the stain to approve and even cleaned everything up both during and after the process, so all I had to do was walk in and start enjoying my amazing floors!
