So, there is nothing to clean up when we are done. Next we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk on the floors as soon as were done.

I am very happy with my refinished floor! It looks so much better. The old semi-gloss finish was old and worn, but I didn't want to deal with the time, mess, and cost required for stripping and sanding. This is the alternative I had been searching for! We purchased a commercial office building that was built in 1948 and had oak hardwood flooring that was in need of refinishing. After reading about the advantages of Mr. Sandless wood floor refinishing I gave them a call. Emmanuel Hopkins came out and examined the flooring where a counter had been removed and the worn areas where the desks were removed and said that he would do his best to make the area where the counter was removed match the rest of the flooring but it would be difficult. Well, I would never have thought that we would receive such a beautiful restoration. The floors far exceeded our expectations and everyone that come in mentions how beautiful our floors are.
