They installed a basement egress window in March 2021.I am very happy with the product, the process and the results. The team arrived on time and they were all very professional. Ryan and Chuy provided excellent service. They were very clean and paid attention to detail and very pleasant and professional. They even put "covers" on their shoes when they were working inside the house. The finished result was exactly as promised and it looks great. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

“The Egress Pros crew who installed the Clam Shell Door arrived on time, and they even had to dig a path through the snow to get to the old Bilco doors to begin their work! They removed the old doors, and made sure that all of its remains were cleared before installing the new one. They were meticulous in their attention to detail, and left everything spic and span. Want to give a shout out to everyone at LI Egress Pros! We were going to install our own egress window and after meeting with Ryan we decided to let the professionals do it and we are soooo glad we did! Was worth every penny and they were fairly priced. Everyone from the office staff, the pm’s to the crew were extremely professional, informative, and friendly. On day of install, the crew was exceptional! They not only did an outstanding Job but left the room they worked in pristine. After they left, we both agreed that we were glad we didn’t attempt this install ourselves. Sincerely, when it comes to safety, this was not a job for amateurs. Thank you to Ryan and the crew, Great job! And we are super appreciative!!

Very professional throughout the entire process, from initial estimate through installation. Appointments were all kept on time and communication was excellent. The crew did a great job on the installation. You wouldn't even know they were there. Absolutely no mess left behind. They even cut the existing pavers to form fit around the new window well. Very happy with the results.

Ryan and Jorge did such a great job with every step of this process. When I originally called for an estimate I figured it would take a couple weeks for someone to come but Ryan was there that afternoon. He walked me through everything and all of my options in a friendly manner. He left me his cell-phone number and was super responsive to any questions I had. We scheduled an install and it was completed today and we are so impressed. Jorge and the rest of the installation team did a great job installing the window. There was not a spot of dust or dirt left inside because they hung plastic to protect the room. They cleaned up outside as well. Ryan came a couple times to make sure the process was going well and even ran to the store to buy parts needed to redirect a gutter for me. We really are so impressed with how the window came out.
