We are obsessed with our egress window by Egress Pros! It completely changed our basement room. Ron was very informative and a pleasure to work with. He made the decision very easy. Miguel and his team worked quickly and efficiently. We were told the job would take from 8am-4pm, but were happily surprised to see a completed project at 130pm! They’ve mastered their set up to ensure the job doesn’t leave a mess in the room they’re working in. I didn’t have to move or cover furniture within the room. It was like 1-2-3 and a window appeared in the room. I would recommend Egress Pros to anyone in need of this service. Their professionalism and craftsmanship is unmatched!

LI Egress Pros were professional throughout every step of the process. Linda came to the appointment on time and was very knowledgeable about the process. She continued to stay in touch with even after we scheduled the installation. On the day of installation, the crew showed up on time along with Linda to walk us through the next steps and tell us what to expect. The whole installation was done with ease and professionalism. The basement remained clean and I hardly knew they were working on the side of the house. All of the debris was cleaned and hauled away. Highly recommend!

These guys installed an egress window and 4 small basement windows. They showed up on time, kept the area clean in our basement. Gave updates over the course of the day how the project was moving along. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to install an egress window. Randy did a great job detailing the different options we had for the egress on the initial consultation.

I INITIALLY TALKED WITH RANDY WHO CONVINCED ME TO HIRE THEM. WE SCHEDULED A DATE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED DILEGENTLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EGRESS PROS ARE THE COMPANY TO HIRE. LINDA WAS FANTASTIC COORDINATING THE JOB AND THEIR WORKERS WERE TOP KNOTCH. I WAS HAPPY TO TIP THEM AFTER.

I had the best experience with Egress Pros. So many phone calls and emails with Randy because I had a very specific situation with the state of NY, Randy always was patient with me. When finally got all permits, one day before installation someone came to do a final inspection and mark where the window will be installed- in and out. The next day -installation day-Raul the crew supervisor explained me with detail the process and timeline etc. The crew arrived around 8 and finished at 3. When I said finish let me detail that they left me house spotless and the job was VERY detailed oriented, clean and precise, it was like the window was always there, very nice window too. I highly recommend Egress Pros.

On Christmas Eve I had gotten an egress window installed. The crew was managed by Raul and they worked tirelessly from 8am until 5pm. I had a 48 x 48 window installed which I highly recommend and will be putting an additional one downstairs as well. Not only did they not stop for one break (I had made them coffee and supplied some snacks because I felt bad they were not going to lunch), but they had left both the inside and the outside immaculate. They were primarily working outside most of the time and for a short time inside at the end. They had made a small bubble to work in so the dust and debris did not go thru basement. Additionally, they were just a pleasure to deal with. From Randy who booked the job to Raul who managed the day of the job, I cannot say enough about this company! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a basement egress installed which if your basement...

We needed to install an egress window, we called for an estimate. They responded very quickly and Linda came to the house. She was very professional and informative and gave us an estimate on site, showed us many options that are available for an egress window she explained every step and how their company worked. I was very pleased with price. A few weeks later the crew showed up exactly as our scheduled appointment. They crew was professional, clean and very friendly. They spent all day working and their work was clean!! Let me tell you,…. I’ve never had a company leave the work area as clean as they did. The egress window is beautiful. The end to end experience with Egress Pros was very positive. From Lynda our sales person, to the owner Randy and the crew on site everyone explained the process, reviewed the options and recommended the best solutions. The egress was built as described and on time. Despite some challenges when we opened the wall, we quickly determined a path forward and they executed. I would recommend to friends and family.
