Pros. I cannot thank them enough for the professional job. Carlos and his team of installers are second to none. Not only was it a good job, but now my basement is safe.

The process was so easy. Ron the salesman came to the house and we discussed the process. Carlos the installer and his team came promptly the morning of install and did an amazing job. My husband was working from home and he said it was even quiet! How? Magic? They were packed up and gone by early afternoon. No mess. The window looks amazing and it completely transforms the basement. Couldn’t be happier!

Wow. This company is great. The team showed up on time at 8am to install an egress window. Miguel introduced himself and told me what they will be doing for the day. He kept me advised along the project. They were all very professional and courteous. From the initial meeting with Howard to the finish, I felt I was finally in good hands. The job was then scheduled within a very reasonable time frame. Carlos and his crew arrived early, set up and completed the job seemlessly. Any time I peaked my head down to see the progress they took the time to acknowledge me and explain what they were doing. All of the men were polite and worked incredible hard. There was a slight hiccup in the installation process( the ladder was not installed), but Ron was prompt in the response and the ladder was installed. Our crew supervisor, Carlos, followed through all of Ron’s descriptions in every detail. Carlos was a true professional in his courtesy, communication and team coordination, assuring the job was done thoroughly, fully and ahead of schedule. My experience with Egress Pros was an education for me on how well a team can work together when they all have the same goal in mind, In this case the goal is to give the consumer the best possible product and the most pleasurable experience while obtaining that goal.
It didn't take me long after speaking with their agent Ron, feeling his enthusiasm and his believing in their product that I decided I had no need to search further.
The team worked from early morning until late afternoon each day until they surpassed their goal of completing their project in less then three days.
Everything came out looking like one of the Photos in their magazine, Perfection.

Eric and his crew were phenomenal. They kept everything clean inside and the work was done in about 1/2 a day. Would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

the mechanics that came to install my baseman window were amazing, the way they worked, they way they answered all my questions and they were very friendly also the materials that they used were high quality just like Howard Strudler told me they were going to use, at the end of the job they showed how to use the window and must of all they left everything clean, if yo need windows go to them.

I just had an egress window installed last week by the Long Island Egress Pros and it was quite a wonderful experience for me. I was fortunate to have come across their website via google-search after I had communicated with three local general contractors. I didn't feel those general contractors have sufficient experiences to get the job done efficiently as they required minimal 2-day work and long-lead time to start. I received a call from Ron within a few hours after I left my contact at their website, and a few minute-conversation convinced me they are the right person for this work. Signing off the contract and scheduling the work date was quick and seamless. Miguel and his crew came in right on time and showed their professionalism and expertise at every step of the work: setting up the dust shield inside the basement, digging into ground or cutting through the concrete, etc....

Great Overall Experience from the owners to the managers to the workers.... Egress windows are not something to chintz out on, too important, have the job done by professionals!!! I would highly recommend the team. We had one issue, but more important than the issue was how it was solved quickly and completely!! Job well done!
