I'm very happy with the work that was done. As a contractor this is the work I like to see done on my my jobs. Ron was very polite and trust worthy and gave me his word on the execution of the job. 3 egress windows installed in one day! After owning my home for over 15 years, I finally had an egress window installed in my basement, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The job was completed in just one day. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I was initially concerned about potential messes inside and outside, but they cleaned everything up as promised.

The salesperson also maintained communication through phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the process. There was a delay due to the extremely cold weather, but I appreciated their decision to postpone rather than rush the job to receive payment.

I had a small basement window changed to an egress window. The area outside was an unusual space at the end of a division between two sections of my house. Two other contractors I called wouldn’t do this job because of the tight location.

I’m one of these people who over-analyzes and researches everything before I do it, and I selected these guys, mostly because of how responsive they were to my thousand questions. It’s now about a year later and I’m reviewing them now only because I forgot to do this a year ago. I’ve never worked with contractors as meticulous as these guys. They are specialists. Ron provided all the information that i needed over the phone to make an appointment. When he visited my house he over communicated when he was running a few minutes late which was much appreciated! Most people don't do that. All the communication including the day of install went exactly how Ron described it would. Miguel and the install crew were top notch. Exceptionally great workmanship and teamwork . They arrived on time. Tape the area the window would be installed so that dust would be contained and not spread in that entire area of the lower level. They cleaned up after themselves and then showed me how to use the window. Their service is top of the line. You definitely get what you pay for with them. I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. A crew of three came in and worked endlessly from 8 AM until 5 PM. They were very respectful, kind, and caring. They paid attention to detail, kept the worksite, clean and cleaned up well when they were finished. At the end of the day they went over the window and explained how everything works. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work before leaving. The window looks beautiful. A very professional job. I especially want to thank Eric who was today’s crew chief.
