The entire process was amazing. Howard was incredibly professional and eased our mind with a solution. He was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Miguel and his team came that week to complete the job. They were extremely professional as well. They were respectful, clean and worked efficiently. Nothing but a wonderful experience. No longer concerned about water getting into the basement. We really appreciate the job that was done from the whole Egress Pros team.
