Ron explained all the options clearly and walked through the process and installation during the initial consultation.
Come installation day and despite having to battle the snow cover, Juan and his crew were excellent. Professional, courteous, very tidy and cleaned up well.
Thanks to Ron and Juan for also accommodating and arranging the ‘last minute’ change to proceed with fitting a larger window :)
Resultant window is primarily a great peace of mind but also a pleasant daylight addition to the basement.

workers showed up on time…beautiful job with window…the only thing I didn’t like was the patchwork job they did replacing the waterproof membrane i have around the window in basement…that part looked like crap.
