Our project estimator(Ron) was prompt and provided a detailed process overview of work to be done for installation of our Egress window.

The work crews we had with team leader Carlos were top notch. They were prompt with their scheduled arrival time and worked very efficiently and carefully. They were very neat and cleaned up completely. Much appreciated.

We had our egress window installed today and are very happy. Ron came by to give us the quote and was very professional. Carlos and his team came by today to install the window. They arrived on time and even finished earlier than they originally told us. They left the space neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I’m also very glad that I upgraded to the largest window. It really adds a lot of extra light into our basement.

Standouts were Alex in Sales, keeping in touch with me until my renovation was ready for the actual install, Foreman Eric who introduced himself to me the day of the project and reviewed the overall project with me and lead his crew to finish the installation much earlier than expected. The team did a phenomenal job from the second they arrived. Miguel the team leader was very organized and on top of all potential issues and explained everything throughout the process. The crew with him were also phenomenal! They worked efficiently and without any hiccups at all. Howard also was very informative and helpful coming to do the estimate and explaining the process, also called to check up as soon as the job was complete. It looks amazing and again, they did such incredible work. I would highly recommend Egress Pros to anyone in need of work done!!
