Exceptionally great workmanship and teamwork . They arrived on time. Tape the area the window would be installed so that dust would be contained and not spread in that entire area of the lower level. They cleaned up after themselves and then showed me how to use the window. Their service is top of the line. You definitely get what you pay for with them. I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. In total, the egress took 6 hours from start to finish. Site was left clean and this customer was elated. Thank you Rob, Lou, Carlos, and the four crew members!

My wife and I recently bought a house and decided to have an egress window installed in the basement. We met with Ron Mayer with Long Island Egress Pros and felt very comfortable with his explanation of the installation process and the benefits of having an egress window. The installation team, lead by Eric, did the job in two days. The guys worked efficiently and were very respectful of my property. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did and how the window turned out. A crew of three came in and worked endlessly from 8 AM until 5 PM. They were very respectful, kind, and caring. They paid attention to detail, kept the worksite, clean and cleaned up well when they were finished. At the end of the day they went over the window and explained how everything works. They made sure that we were satisfied with the work before leaving. The window looks beautiful. A very professional job. I especially want to thank Eric who was today’s crew chief. He is a very hard worker and takes good care of his crew. Good job, Eric!

Can’t believe the job did. Crew was great, especially Carlos who explained the steps they were doing and why. Any dust was limited to the area where they worked as they installed a dust barrier to the rest of the basement. Amazing work!

Was having issues with drainage at my current egress window and the window well was compromised after the bad rain storm in August. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable in recommending the appropriate replacement and improved well and drainage system. My project was scheduled quickly. Carlos and his crew were extremely courteous and explained every step of the way. They completed the job within a few hours, and the end project was top notch. I replaced the plastic well with a deeper corrugated steel well with sump pump and trench to pump any water accumulation away from the house. Would highly recommend Egress Pros to anyone looked to add or upgrade their egress setup.

Professional, clean and knowledgeable

Egress Pros installed an amazingly long window for us, in our basement! We initially met with Randy and he crafted our home's egress strategy. He really took the time to asses our space and determine the best form of egress for OUR basement. This included his professional recommendations for us to make some necessary changes to our basement space, in addition to Egress Pros' window installation.
Randy's crew arrived, the day of the installation, and worked tirelessly, inside and outside of our house. The work was completed in less than a day!
