Deshon is the reason this whole experience went so smoothly. From the first visit he was genuinely kind, patient, and actually knowledgeable … not just running through a script. He spent real time walking us through different window sizes and a few possible locations so we could see what would work best in our basement and still meet code. When it came to the gas line, he didn’t just mention it and move on. He coordinated the people who needed to come out, stayed on top of them, and kept us in the loop the entire time. He checked in regularly from start to finish, which made a big difference.
The crew was just as good. They were quick, neat, and did an outstanding job. Everything looks great and we finally have natural light in the basement.

I had a great experience with Egress Pros from start to finish. I called the office and spoke with one of the owners, who was very easy to deal with; nice, professional, and straightforward.

Within that same week, Ron (their estimator) came out to the house to give me a quote. He was informative, clear, and easy to work with. The price was great.

We had our egress window installed today and are very happy. Ron came by to give us the quote and was very professional. Carlos and his team came by today to install the window. They arrived on time and even finished earlier than they originally told us. They left the space neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I’m also very glad that I upgraded to the largest window. It really adds a lot of extra light into our basement.
