Coming to the idea of getting surgery i was extremely nervous. But looking into hospitalbc, and doing some research made it a little easier to make this decision.
The staff here were very positive, pleasant to be around and very comforting. A staff member by the name of Beto informed that I would be in and out walking around in no time. This definitely calmed me down and reasured my decision to get the surgery. Sure enough about 8 hours later I'm walking around the halls. The entire staff here had a positive vibe throughout the entire experience.

A wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of our stay! Beto was very helpful in carrying my luggage and ensuring I was comfortable during my stay- he answered all my questions! The entire staff was friendly and overall I had a pleasant experience!

I came by myself and was nervous, but the warmth and care I received from every staff member made me feel like I was surrounded by family. Two person who stood out to me were Beto and Luiz. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, always checking in on me and offering help with such kindness. I had a wonderful experience with my revision from sleeve to mini bypass! Sal was wonderful for transportation and Beto was wonderful in my care in the hospital with anything I needed!

Awesome service, everyone was friendly & helpful. The nurses were very attentive & responded to my needs fast. The receptionist was also helpful with translation as well as the transporters they were extremely helpful & made us feel at home. Dr. Ilian was very informative, professional & extremely sweet. I got the gastric sleeve in Feb. 2025 with Hospital BC after having accompanied a friend the year before for a BBL. From the time I got to the hospital I felt at home and knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my surgery. My gastric sleeve surgery went amazingly and the before, during & after care has been phenomenal! I can’t thank the doctors & staff enough for their amazing work and care!! I could not have asked for a better experience! Hospital BC has incredible staff that never drops the ball on their care. They are attentive, friendly, and courteous at all times. Great hospital, Dr.Jalil and his entire staff are GREAT! His team from scheduling, chofers, caretakers, nurses, housekeeping, XRay technicians and surgery was GREAT! I did not need a companion with me they were attentive to me in every need and way possible. I came to hospital BC with Dr illan to get the gastric sleeve. My experience here was amazing all the staff here is super helpful and attentive. I did appreciate there being drs on all 3 shifts which is something that typically isn’t seen. Beto and Luis were always checking up on me making sure my needs were met. My experience here was a 10/10 and would recommend any of my family or friends to come here.
