Beto and the nurses bedside manners were impeccable. So was my driver Sal, they created an environment that was safe and comfortable. My personal experience with Dr.Illan was informative and very professional. I come from a family of physicians so I know the hard work and dedication it takes to make sure a life is safe when placed in your hands. They eased all my concerns and make the experience seamless.

My wife came here for surgery. I can say with 100% honesty that this has been the single best and most unique hospital experience I have ever had! The staff here feels like family and have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Beto and Luiz two of the valets here have been extremely helpful and supportive. On top of that, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and kind. Beto, who helped escort me to different areas of the hospital, was incredibly helpful and always made sure I got where I needed to go safely and comfortably. Small things like that make a big difference when you’re recovering from surgery.

RN Iris was also wonderful, patient, reassuring, and very professional. She made me feel supported and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable.

I was especially impressed by the round-the-clock doctors who checked on me throughout the night. They consistently asked about my pain, nausea, and overall condition, examined my incisions, and took every concern I mentioned seriously. I never felt ignored or rushed.

What an excellent experiance I had coming here. From the drivers , the Drs and the nurse. Everyone was so nice, and attentive. Beto and Louise were exceptional they made sure we had everything we needed. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend coming here enough

Never in my life came across my mind to get a bypass. My friend got one, and i automatically started my registration. From day one when Henry reached out to me, everything was so well explained, emails started coming in and everything was so easy and fast. My friend and i got picked up by Sal, who does an amazing job as a driver, makes you feel like family. Getting to the hospital, the receptionist, nurses and every staff the Dr has, is so amazing. Dr came in my room and introduced himself, explained everything about the procedure. Surgery was so quick. After surgery the nurses and Drs would come in and check on my many times. Cant leave Beto out!. Such a great person always helping and he is so kind. Thanks Dr. Jalil! You did such an amazing job. GOD BLESS your hands!

Beto did a fantastic job of helping me throughout my entire day. I had a gastric bypass surgery and they took so good care of me. I could not ask for a better experience.

My experience at Hospital BC has been everything I hoped it would be. The entire staff has made every step as seamless as possible. Everyone always has a smile and words of kind encouragement. I took this leap of faith based off of all the wonderful reviews of past patients and I have no regrets. Sal, Luis and Beto are amazingly helpful! There are too many staff to mention everyone but I give thanks to each of you for taking such good care of me.

My experience was great. Sal picked us up from the airport and he was very respectful. The front desk receptionist was very nice. The intake nurse and the doctors explained what they were doing and why when we were called back. I really appreciate they took the time to explain and what can be expected but everyone is different. Jax was our nurse and he kept us informed every step and Beto made sure we were doing good with the meds and the liquids provided. I would highly recommend this hospital.

What’s an experience this was from start to finish the staff and Dr. Jalil were incredible. They made sure I had a smooth transition into my procedure. They really take better care of you than America I recommend everybody whos on a weight loss journey that’s thinking about surgery to come here. All of the staff was excellent to me. They keep checking up on you to make sure you’re ok. The staff drove my nephew out the hospital for food. He was very thankful for that. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I’m coming again. Believe it.

I checked this hospital out for the last 4 years before I made decision to come and MAN I’m telling you I Made the RIGHT CHOICE and DECISION, this hospital is CLEAN as you set into place it’s beautiful inside lobby , beautiful center piece in middle of lobby and a beautiful smile from front concierge , that greets you . I was blown way from looks inside never been to Mexico or San Diego is where i flew in to . The Hospitality is OUTSTANDING so many Smiling faces I truly felt very Welcomed. This HOSPITAL is cleaner than the one I work at in Arizona USA . Met Beto who said he will help me walk and will bring my food to me I met that day in lobby while doing my work up.

My experience at Hospital BC could not have been better. From the time I was picked up from the airport, to surgery and recovery, everything was perfect. Sal, my van driver, and Beto, my concierge, were the two nicest people and made me feel so at ease. Beto even held my hand when I had to have my IV removed and replaced! I would recommend Hospital BC to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

Dr. Illan was such a personable, friendly doctor. You can tell how much respect his staff has for him. Everyone is laughing, joking and getting along. It is a great work atmosphere. After only a few hours I started feeling really good. I was moving around and taking a shower without needing assistance(even though I was offered help). My sutures were clean and healing nicely when checked and this just shows how much talent Dr, Illan has doing this procedure(gastric sleeve) that I’m healing up so fast. I’m sure there are plenty of doctors who do the same surgery but from my research and experiences here, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else.

I was a little nervous coming here but everyone has been so kind and supportive. I do not know everyone’s names but Beto especially made sure to call my dad and let him know I was okay every step of the way. He and everyone else has gotten me what I needed and they have treated me so well! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone on the fence, take the chance, you won’t regret it!

Hospital BC was amazing!! The facility was gorgeous and clean but that’s not what made my experience so great.. it was the staff!!! Beto and Luis were the guys that truly made me feel safe and comfortable during my time at Hospital BC. My husband and I had to be separated for 2 days and I wasn’t sure I could do the surgery alone UNTIL Beto said “I got you” and gave me a big warm hug!! My surgery went great and when I woke up in recovery Beto was right there waiting for me and took the best care of me!! Luis was with me the next day and the care from him was also top notch!! I felt such an attachment to all the staff, so safe, so loved and received the best care and treatment EVER!! If you are on the fence please do not hesitate.. it is life changing and fyi.. my surgery was simply a thought until I came to the facility with my husband for plastics and I knew this was god’s plan for...

I came to Hospital BC for a gastric bypass. I am happy to report that my entire experience with Dr Illan, Dr Flores, Dr Angel and all the nurses, Beto, Luis, Henry Cortez, Mariel, Judith and the entire Hospital BC team has been thoroughly professional from start to finish. Prior to deciding to get a gastric bypass at Hospital BC, I did a considerable amount of research. Hospital BC has exceeded my expectations in every regard. If I were to need any follow-up treatment, I would definitely return to Hospital BC. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My transportation was great! I had a facial the day after my VSG & it was incredible! I am so happy I chose Dr. Illan & Hospital BC!
