My Wife had the gastric sleeve surgery and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team was professional, supportive, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. From the initial consultation to post-op care, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. She is feeling motivated about her health journey ahead. Highly recommend!

Hospital BC has been a great choice. They lived up to all the reviews i saw during my research. I got a VSG on yesterday 3/27/26. The hospital is clean and the staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. They were able to accomodate me and my companion and make us feel comfortable. The driver Jaziel made sure we made it safe and he was very knowledgeable about the area. Beto is the best!! He is always right on time with checking on us, helping my companion order uber eats, helping us with booking with the spa, etc. The nurses are attentive and cleaning crew is great too. I'm soo glad I Choose Hospital BC! If you are on the fence, look no further!!

I have had a wonderful experience here. The staff is amazing. Henry n Beto especially helpful and so accommodating. I was very nervous coming in but the staff her is so amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I waited 3 yrs for this and so glad I finally came. Hope to be back in time for mommy makeover also. Cant say enough good things about Hospital BC and there staff. Thank you Henry n Beto for everything.

One word. Phenomenal. From start to finish. The people, the environment and the care are outstanding. My coordinator Juan Carlos was super informative, and responsive when I had questions. The nursing staff, ....wow. Some of the most knowledgeable, kind, personable staff you'd ever find. However there was one person in particular that made my stay and experience one of a kind and that was BETO. Lolol trust me when I tell you that there isn't enough space here to sing his praises. Just one of the most amazing human beings you could ever meet. Down to the point where I was literally about to have a panic attack trying to get my compression socks on. Beto placed a hand on my shoulder said "We got this", hugged me and got on bended knee to get my compression socks on for me!! That man is a Godsend. Trust me when I say that you are in the very best of hands at Hospital BC.

Hospital BC is where you want to go to get your weight loss journey started from the staff and everyone in between has been great. Beto and his crew are there for you when you need them. Highly recommend them.

Hospital BC is by far the best hospital I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly and attentive to not only me as a patient but to my mom who came with me to take care of me during my procedure! Beto went out of his way to go shopping for my mom for some of her favorite snacks even! I highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t ever hesitate to come back for more care if needed in the future.

I just returned from an excellent experience receiving a Gastric Sleeve surgery from Dr. Illan. Everyone on the staff was friendly, kind, and caring. Of particular note, Henry, the Bariatric Care Coordinator, Flor, the Nutritionist, Beto and Luiz, valets, and Jaziel and Sal, drivers. I'm very impressed with the services by these fine people. I can 100% recommend this hospital!!! I'm full of gratitude. Thank you so much ;-)

The whole staff was very kind but one particular staff that stood out to me the most is Beto, he went above and beyond and was very helpful during my visit here at the hospital. I highly recommend anybody who wants to get some procedure done at this hospital in Tijuana. Beto along with the staff make sure you are well taken care of and even give recommendations about where to go and visit. I don’t think I would’ve gotten the same care if I were to have gotten my procedure back home in the US.

I was in the hospital, and what I remember are the wonderful people on my journey to recovery. They are incredibly kind, nurturing, and knowledgeable and I received such a wonderful care—everyone was so nice and helpful. Had surgery yesterday 3/16/26 .
I was super anxious about coming . I never have been put to sleep before and that was where most of the anxiety came from.

Hector picked me up from the airport he was kind took me to my hotels since I flew in Sunday night . Made sure I checked in okay.

Beto was also kind helped me walk through the hallways of the hospital . Set up spa service for me . Walked me to and from the spa and assisted me outside.

Before surgery I had labs , an ekg , and en x ray preformed . I was taken to my room where I meet with the nurses who started my IV . Anesthesia introduced herself and Anwsered all my questions and Dr. Illan also came by before hand to meet me and Anwser all of my questions .

After surgery I slept for a few hours I do remember staff coming to check on my...

BC Hospital in Tijuana is truly the best of the best. From beginning to end, the customer service was outstanding. The drivers made transportation easy and stress-free, and every part of my stay exceeded my expectations.

The doctors, nurses, drivers, attendants, and even the custodial staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

A special thank you to every team member, especially Luis and Beto, the valets. They were wonderful and always made sure I felt safe and taken care of at all times. I truly appreciate everything they did.

Beto and the nurses bedside manners were impeccable. So was my driver Sal, they created an environment that was safe and comfortable. My wife came here for surgery. I can say with 100% honesty that this has been the single best and most unique hospital experience I have ever had! The staff here feels like family and have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Beto and Luiz two of the valets here have been extremely helpful and supportive. On top of that, the facilities are clean and well maintained.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and kind. Beto, who helped escort me to different areas of the hospital, was incredibly helpful and always made sure I got where I needed to go safely and comfortably. Small things like that make a big difference when you’re recovering from surgery.

RN Iris was also wonderful, patient, reassuring, and very professional. She made me feel supported and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable.

I was especially impressed by the round-the-clock doctors who checked on me throughout the night. They consistently asked about my pain, nausea, and overall condition, examined my incisions, and took every concern I mentioned seriously. I never felt ignored or rushed.

Never in my life came across my mind to get a bypass. My friend got one, and i automatically started my registration. From day one when Henry reached out to me, everything was so well explained, emails started coming in and everything was so easy and fast. My friend and i got picked up by Sal, who does an amazing job as a driver, makes you feel like family. Getting to the hospital, the receptionist, nurses and every staff the Dr has, is so amazing. Dr came in my room and introduced himself, explained everything about the procedure. Surgery was so quick. After surgery the nurses and Drs would come in and check on my many times. Cant leave Beto out!. Such a great person always helping and he is so kind. Thanks Dr. Jalil! You did such an amazing job. GOD BLESS your hands!

Beto did a fantastic job of helping me throughout my entire day. I had a gastric bypass surgery and they took so good care of me. I could not ask for a better experience.

My experience at Hospital BC has been everything I hoped it would be. The entire staff has made every step as seamless as possible. Everyone always has a smile and words of kind encouragement. My experience was great. Sal picked us up from the airport and he was very respectful. The front desk receptionist was very nice. The intake nurse and the doctors explained what they were doing and why when we were called back. I really appreciate they took the time to explain and what can be expected but everyone is different. Jax was our nurse and he kept us informed every step and Beto made sure we were doing good with the meds and the liquids provided. I would highly recommend this hospital.
