I traveled to Hospitaibc to help my sister after her breast reconstruction and implant surgery! The facility was amazing!! From the minute we were picked up from the Airport to the day he dropped us back off we were treated like royalty!!! The facility itself was immaculate and very well maintained! My sisters room was very spacious and had everything we could possible need! They provided her with 3 very nutritious meals everyday and always were at her back and call!! I would highly recommend Hospital bc to anyone and I hope this review reassures anyone who may have any negative thoughts about doing a procedure in Mexico! They even had a spa on site and offered post op massage me which my sister absolutely needed and loved! They even had an offf site hyperbaric facility they took her to to accelerate post op healing!! Staying with my wife as she got surgery. Staff has been fanominal!!! Everyone is kind and patient with her. Definitely a rewarding experience. We highly recommend them. Beto our attendant has been helpful with all of our needs while staying at the facility.

I had surgery here to get the sleeve. We ended up paying a little bit extra for a bigger room so my companion gets their own bed and it is very nice and huge.
Everyone i have interacted with was very friendly and explained everything well. I dont speak Spanish but most here speak English and when you get a nurse that doesnt speak much they will find someone to explain things to you.
Beto was very helpful and courteous.

This hospital is great. I didn't know what to expect. But definitely better than a lot of hospitals in California. Beto has been my translator, wheeled me all over the place and assisted where ever I needed it. The entire staff from the check in lady, the pharmacist, nutritionist, nurses, and doctors have nothing short of amazing I hope to come back in a year for another procedure. And if I do, I will make sure it gets done at Hospital BC

I had a great experience during my stay here for my cosmetic procedures. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my recovery. Most of the staff spoke English, and anytime there was a language barrier, Beto was always there to translate and make sure I understood everything that was going on. I especially want to recognize Beto because he truly went above and beyond. He was there every step of the way, checking on me, helping with anything I needed, translating when necessary, answering questions, and making sure all of my needs were met. Having someone there who made communication so easy gave me a lot of comfort, especially being in another country recovering from surgery. I ended up staying in the hospital a little longer than the average patient, so I really got to experience the level of care they provide....

Great service overall awesome hospitality by all of the staff, Beto especially has been of great help he has been like my personal assistant he has on top of everything I may need. I highly recommend Hospital BC for any service you may need to have done.

Dr Laura and DR Fonseca have to the best Drs here in Mexico, quite the power team.
They have an excellent team starting with cordinatiors Diana, Anahi, the medical staff (I apologize for not getting everyones name)and transport team Beto. Very through with diet, pain management assisting with showering and even communication. I don’t speak much Spanish and when my husband wasn’t around to translate they had no problem getting someone to speak English to assist better.
Most definitely feel safe coming here and they I’m treated.

Beginning with Dr J. Illan Frajio for an in person consultation was a good start because of all the questions and anxieties that I have, he gave me a calming answer.
The staff at the start of my journey being picked up at the station and checking in were all accommodating.
Surgery day and recovery was flawless.
The only problem I encountered was communication but I survived.
So overall - it was a good experience.

The surgeons, Dr. Laura Adriana Álvarez Correa and Dr. Dr. José Manuel Fonseca Jiménez were absolutely amazing, and the entire hospital staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Traveling to another country for surgery can feel overwhelming, but the exceptional care I received made the entire experience so much easier. Since we got got here it’s been amazing from the moment we got here Sal picked us up and was very kind and understanding and Beto helped us out here in the hospital the DR explained in detail about everything that was gonna done the nutritionists very understanding as well as the anesthesiologist amazing staff I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is planning to do their surgery here

The hospital was amazing they managed my pain and answered all of my concerns. The Doctors and nurses took great care of me. There was a Dr always on staff and the nurses responded very quickly. Luis and Beto were great and helping out and getting anything my husband or I needed.

I have enjoyed my stay and the care I have received. From getting picked up from SAN by Sal to being greeted by Mariel at reception to talking to my surgeon Dra. Sophia Garcia and her team. The concierge team has been great as well. My mom appreciated Beto calling her and keeping her up dated with my progress and even him coming to check in every day he was working has been a delight. The nurses, doctors and staff have been wonderful and i can’t imagine getting this type of care anywhere in the US.

I had the best experience at HospitalBC I will go back for any other procedure I get. The care and thoughtfulness they give is above and beyond. My Dr Marciales took the best care of me and walked me through every process and procedure and has the best bed side manner. Then I had Beto as my main care taker and he was always there to take me on my walks bring me food and any thing I had a question about he was always there to find out and keep me informed and has a great demeanor and personality. I would recommend Hospital BC doctor Marcelis to anybody The whole staff here is top-notch. I would come here rather than go to our own hospitals back in the US.
