Best desition i ever made on my life!! The service since scheduling the surgery by phone, the transportation services from the airport and everything is being the best service in the world. Beto is being helping me with everything, guided me to my test and to my room and picked me up at the hotel. I 100% recommend Hospital BC. They honor the best service they promised!

The staff here are incredible. I had a gastric sleeve performed in 2022, and after much research I chose Hospital BC for the surgery. When I decided to have the mini gastric bypass, Hospital BC was my only choice. The driver who picked me up from the airport was courteous, friendly, and put me at ease. Henry and Beto were wonder coordinators and liaisons with the Dr. Illian and the rest of the staff. Everyone’s top priority was to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed. The nursing staff was attentive to every need and concern that I had. I could not more highly recommend Hospital BC to anyone considering bariatric surgery!

Would recommend to anyone! Super easy to get everything sat up, extremely clean, easy communication. Not one negative thing to say.

Hospital super attentive all my nurses including Beto and flor and others who I didn’t catch their names were super helpful and welcoming. I came alone for surgery and they made me feel safe from the start. My nurse right after surgery even helped me by putting on my prescription contacts. But overall super happy with the experience and service here !

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Hospital BC. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The hospital is beautiful, extremely clean, and the equipment and facilities are modern and impressive.

Dr. Illan and the entire medical team made me feel confident and safe throughout the whole process. Every nurse and staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed.

This hospital has been nothing less than amazing, the nurses, the doctors the hospital is super clean and very comfortable. (Definitely by far superior than my stays in a hospital in the US). Beto has been a blessing and a complete angel he kept in contact with my boyfriend and my daughter the whole time I was in surgery and has waited on me with a smile every time. When he was taking me down to the OR he could tell I was getting nervous, he rubbed my shoulder and spoke with such a kindness and softness to his voice that made me feel better. All the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and as comfortable as possible. From the driver Jaziel who picked me up at the airport to the different nurses and doctors who constantly checked on me, and to the driver Beto who took me back to that states. They clearly explained what to expect, answered my questions promptly, and everything happened exactly as they said it would. The experience from beginning to end was a very enjoyable and professional. The airport drive with Sal was a great beginning San Diego and made the drive to Tijuana enjoyable and informative. The staff at the Hospital are amazing. Head nurse Netti and all the nursing staff all are extremely pleasant and very attentive to all your needs throughout. Beto was also there to help when needed most.
