The service i got from K & M was incredible. They did a fantastic job on my small carpet repair. I even made a mistake and they sent someone out to fix it and didn't charge me for the call back, despite it being completely my responsibility.

I am a contractor so I understand how much care goes into providing good customer service. It felt like that old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find nowadays.

I will definitely be using K & M for all my carpet repairs and steaming. I can't recommend them highly enough. Well done guys, well done...

Josh did a great job. Turns out a mouse ate our dryer vent instead of our vents being clogged. He investigated and figured out what was wrong and then taped the vent for us so we can operate the dryer until we replace the vent.

I am giving K&M Steam Cleaning 5 stars because of how kind and honest their technician was with me. They were not able to clean my carpets but told me the truth about the condition my carpet was in and gave me advice on replacing it. A very trustworthy company, I would recommend.

I really enjoyed the work Austin did. He was super nice & helpful, he even helped me put my bed back where it goes! Plus the carpet smells amazing!! Only downfall i had was i wish we had bought a more matching color for the closet & it was a little more than i wanted to spend but overall great!
