I had the team come back and clean floors again. This time, they color sealed the grout in our master shower - it was mismatched during a Reno and it looks good as new.

I used K&M to steam my tile and seal grout. The technicians were really courteous and did a great job. I knew I needed this done, but wow… it’s like I have all new floors. Definitely recommend.
I only had them do part of the house but I’ll get them back to do the rest soon.

The crew of two did a great job - they worked hard and quickly.

I received a phone quote. A manager showed up and the quote changed. If the quote increase was within $100 of the phone quote, I would rate 5 stars instead of 4. It was more. I needed the service. I paid it. I believe the service will resolve my issue of pet stains and urine oder. The service was a quick response, the next morning and efficient. Finished in 30 minutes.

Team did a great job. I really appreciate text communications. They kept me informed through the process of cleaning our couch, ottoman, and 2 recliner. I felt it was a decent price. They also quoted us on the carpets if we requested them again. Amazing job and service.
