They treated the stain on my carpet and it seemed to fade it, but not get rid of it. They came back out a second time to make sure it was gone.very professional and honest.

I got a very expensive couch for cheap but it was absurdly dirty and we just moved and decided to get it cleaned. K&M was amazing their staff was all very nice they kept me updated throughout the entire process. It took 2 weeks but when I came to pick it up I saw why, it was a completely new couch. They also completely helped me load and unload. I will absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs furniture cleaned.

I had stains that I couldn’t remove myself. All carpet stains were removed. The technicians also cleaned my dryer vent and put in a new connector from the dryer to the vent. They arrived at the stated time and were done at the time they told us. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work.

We were very pleased with the air duct cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. Very good job!!

I had been contemplating cleaning my hardwood floors for the last year. I am so happy that I pulled the trigger and used K&M. I was hopeful that my hardwood floors would look like new again and K&M didnt disappoint. Our house is only 3 years old with light oak hardwood floors (blonde) and K&M restored the high traffic areas back to new; plus they effectively removed all the built up dirt and grime. I will definitely use them again and my hardwood floors will likely be getting a deep clean more regularly now that I know how effective it is. Staff was super knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend.
