We hired K&M cleaning last fall for a blockage in our dryer vent. Accessing the vent on the roof presented a unique challenge but Ken and his team came out a couple times in order to get the job done right. They were so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Planning to schedule with them for some steam cleaning this summer. Would 100% recommend K&M!

Dirty rug looked like new when I picked it up. I had tried to pick it up earlier but found them closed early. Found out this was their only location that had operational difficulty when outdoor temperatures were below freezing. I’m from Nebraska originally so not used to this area. I guess this makes sense where basements are rare. Anyway the rug looked great and will keep coming to this family run business.

We had multiple areas of carpet that needed to be repaired due to our cats tearing up the carpet. The repair team arrived when they said they would and everything looks perfect as if nothing had ever happened. Very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism.

The team did a great job! I love that they are a locally owned family company, not a giant corporation! They cleaned our upholstery, cleaned and sealed the tile in our teenage sons bathroom that was so desperately needed, cleaned the massively disgusting amount of lent from our dryer vent and rescued our office carpet from the gross aftermath of our dog getting sick!

Our dogs had come inside after a mild skunk spraying and rolled on our family room carpet. They crew was able to come out the next day spent 2+ hours and totally took care of of our issues. We have used this cleaner before and will continue to do so in the future. Especially this crew. They were amazing.

K & M steam cleaning did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. It was packed with lent and a couple of bird nests. The owner , Ken , came out to take care of it. His team showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job. They also have great customer service. I will be using K&M again in the future.

Fast and clean and affordable

Asked K&M to clean an area rug that sat under our dining room table for about 3O years. The rug had a deep outline of the table base embedded in it. The team was able to get the outline out along with the pet odor - it looked like a gently used rug when finished. The team was kind enough to roll and tape the rug before placing it in the back of my car. A very positive customer experience.
