Really great rug cleaning service! They offered me a discount for bringing in my 8x10 area rug myself, which I appreciated. They quoted a 1-1.5 week turnaround time and came in right under 1 week!

Really great communication and attentive staff. Would recommend for routine cleaning services!

K&M was very easy to work with and did not stop until the job was done. I had a tricky vent that needed to be cleaned and they were able to come up with a solution and get the job done. I'd recommend using them for any dryer vent cleaning you might need.

Had tile and grout floor cleaned. They worked hard scrubbing the grout. Grout looks good. However, a lot of water was left on the floor after they were finished. I had to use towels to soak up the water. I should not have to do that based on the money I paid . But, when it dried, there were water marks over the entire floor. It looks terrible, especially when trying to sell house. So now I have to remop the floor so the water marks go away. When I pay the amount of money I did, I don’t expect to have to finish the job so it looks presentable. Very unhappy.

Fabian cleaned our cream living spaces sofa and ottomans and did an amazing job. I own and airbnb and was concerned the stains from 4 years would be too much but it looks brand new. It also didn't smell toxic at all. Very impressed!

They went and did the job, I request mandatory pictures to dispatcher they promise pictures, but even phone call after they said they will send them… they never did, and they just said technician didn’t take cause we can’t see the work… overall service was good but they don’t need to overpromised and don’t deliver….
