The team did a great job! I love that they are a locally owned family company, not a giant corporation! Our dogs had come inside after a mild skunk spraying and rolled on our family room carpet. They crew was able to come out the next day spent 2+ hours and totally took care of of our issues. K & M steam cleaning did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent. It was packed with lent and a couple of bird nests. The owner , Ken , came out to take care of it. His team showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job. They also have great customer service. I will be using K&M again in the future.

Asked K&M to clean an area rug that sat under our dining room table for about 3O years. The rug had a deep outline of the table base embedded in it. The team was able to get the outline out along with the pet odor - it looked like a gently used rug when finished. The team was kind enough to roll and tape the rug before placing it in the back of my car. A very positive customer experience.
