Tim and Jose were great! So glad I called K&M!

Austin was very friendly and made sure they completed the work in a timely manner. They showed up within the allotted time but had very little communication until Austin was enroute to the home. The carpets came really clean and I am satisfied with the work Austin and his team member did.

A wonderful experience, from first contact to job completion. Cleaned and sealed concrete floors, which look like new.

Arthur and K&M was amazing! Super quick and responsive, came the very next day, and our carpets look wonderful! Will definitely be using them again!

Fabion and his assistant was most curteous and very productive from beginning to end of service. I would most definitely recommend your company! Service was fabulous from first call to the Thankyou at my door!

Pet carpet cleaning and they were awesome!

They did a great job on my mother's old carpet. The ONLY frown came when we moved her recliner and saw that THEY had not moved it to clean under, but the rest was really good.

The company was very reactive and reliable. When we made the appointment, they were punctual and efficient. The people who came to do the work were friendly and efficient. The portion of the work that was grout cleaning was adequate - the other services resulted in our satisfaction and relief that WE didn't have to tackle the jobs!

Love, love, love them! The techs are so fast, yet efficient. The office was great. My 3rd time using them!

Michael of K and M steam cleaned our carpets and he also stretched back into shape the carpet in one bedroom. He did a fantastic job. He was prompt and efficient and when he left the carpets looked like new. We will have him again!

They did a great job on our white carpets that were stained from little kids and pets! Awesome job and great service.

K&M did a great job cleaning my rugs. I dropped my rugs off at their location and all the office ladies were very friendly and helpful. They were ready with the promised time frame. I will be using them again!

The guys were great There are still some spots on carpet I don’t know if they were pretreated Also some residue on tile from cleaning solution
