K&M Steam Cleaning

I had been contemplating cleaning my hardwood floors for the last year. I am so happy that I pulled the trigger and used K&M. I was hopeful that my hardwood floors would look like new again and K&M didnt disappoint. Our house is only 3 years old with light oak hardwood floors (blonde) and K&M restored the high traffic areas back to new; plus they effectively removed all the built up dirt and grime. I will definitely use them again and my hardwood floors will likely be getting a deep clean more regularly now that I know how effective it is. Staff was super knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend.

K&M Steam Cleaning did an amazing job steaming the carpets of the rental home I was leaving. Not only do the carpets look amazing but they were so knowledgeable and professional. Any question I had they were able to answer and so friendly about the whole process. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with K&M Steam Cleaning for my dryer vent service. They initially came out yesterday, but due to the way my roof vent was set up, they weren’t able to complete the cleaning using the standard method. Instead of cutting corners, they came back the very next day with a different truck and specialized equipment to get the job done right.

Josh and Jesse were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They used a high-powered vacuum system from inside the home and were able to clear out a significant buildup that had been clogging the vent. They took the time to explain exactly what they found, why it was an issue, and how often I should have the vent cleaned moving forward. They also gave helpful advice about replacing the roof vent to prevent future problems.
