Fabian cleaned our cream living spaces sofa and ottomans and did an amazing job. I own and airbnb and was concerned the stains from 4 years would be too much but it looks brand new. It also didn't smell toxic at all. Very impressed!

They went and did the job, I request mandatory pictures to dispatcher they promise pictures, but even phone call after they said they will send them… they never did, and they just said technician didn’t take cause we can’t see the work… overall service was good but they don’t need to overpromised and don’t deliver….

This is our second time using K&M. The first was a routine cleaning in our children's rooms. This time was more of an emergency after a major plumbing problem. They were able to fit us in same day and got everything done even when it turned out to be a bit more complicated than we initially thought it would be.

K&M Steam Cleaning gets this exceptional rating because they exceeded all of our expectations. On a late Sunday evening, I was alerted to my clogged dryer vent. The one on my roof. The one that had a heaping bunch of lent saying "HI!" from the output vent. K&M's previous ratings led me to send an email request for a quote around 9:30pm on Sunday.
By 7:30am on Monday I had a quote and a note saying I could have service before 3:00pm. I found the quote to be reasonably priced, called the service number (after my second cup of coffee) and secured an appointment. K&M sent two well trained service people (Austin and Micheal) before noon. They saw the problem, the did a comprehensive clean (inside and outside vents), cleaned up all that lent and thanked me for choosing to work with them within an hour.

Incredible service, made my tight time frame work, in and out in about 15 minutes. Got rid of stains i didn't think would be possible: cast iron and rust.
