Team did a great job. I really appreciate text communications. They kept me informed through the process of cleaning our couch, ottoman, and 2 recliner. I felt it was a decent price. They also quoted us on the carpets if we requested them again. Amazing job and service.

The men were very professional and clearly communicated what they planned to do. Afterwards the rugs were clean and bright and no longer smelled like a litter box. Mission accomplished!

My carpets were in pretty bad shape & they are now much cleaner and smell better. Things that could have been done better though: I probably would not have gotten the pet treatment if I had known it was going to be such a strong smell. Also my carpets are still damp two days later!
