Our family bought a Sportage from Robyn and also worked with Elysia- Marie. They were absolutely amaing to work with. We bought it from out of town and these two ladies did so much for us. After a painful 14 month adventure and experience trying to purchase a new car with Petawawa Kia, we pulled the plug on that awful dealership, & welcomed the opportunity to take our business and customer loyalty to North Bay Kia instead. We began the shopping journey in August 2023 with North Bay Kia, & eventually a couple weeks ago, finally received the new car. This is going to be a double review!! My partner bought a 2023 Kia Carnival back in February 2023 & Robyn was the BEST during the process. She kept in contact and updated us on the arrival of our vehicle whenever she could. Great experience. Fast forward to December 2023, I decided to buy a vehicle for myself and I knew I had to see Robyn again. She took the time to go over my options and get me into something that best suited my needs. I would like to thank Robyn for the great service she provided as I traded in my Kia and purchased a Toyota RAV4.
