After a painful 14 month adventure and experience trying to purchase a new car with Petawawa Kia, we pulled the plug on that awful dealership, & welcomed the opportunity to take our business and customer loyalty to North Bay Kia instead. We began the shopping journey in August 2023 with North Bay Kia, & eventually a couple weeks ago, finally received the new car. It should have been here back in early December, however, KIA Canada, on the back of KIA Global HQ, decided to smurf all customers across Canada in an elaborate scheme that was uncovered by Canadian media outlets to intentionally withhold customer purchased vehicles at their compound outside Toronto.
