Just received my new Kia EV6 on February 10th. Kia North Bay went the extra 500 miles to get me this car (I live near Montreal). The entire process was done over phone, texts and emails. Robyn, Samantha and Madison treated me with respect and kindness. The entire sales team was wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership. They are a class apart from the one near me.

My wife and I stopped in on the way through North Bay to see if they had a car that we were searching for.
The saleswoman Robyn took the time to sit down with us and took all the notes about what type of vehicle, when we needed it for, what color and showed us around the dealership and said she would contact us as soon as she could find the vehicle we wanted.
The very next day we had an email from Robyn and from the dealership thanking us for our visit and did we have any other questions?
A week later Robyn texted my wife and I with a picture of the exact model we wanted now sitting on the lot and were we interested.?
We drove down the next week signed all the papers and bought the car.

Our family bought a Sportage from Robyn and also worked with Elysia- Marie. They were absolutely amaing to work with. We bought it from out of town and these two ladies did so much for us.
