Friendly staff!!

Back in 2021 we had to get work done on our car which happened to be next to the Kia dealership in North Bay. While we were looking at the minimal vehicles on site (good old Covid times), a woman by the name of Robyn came out to greet us. She was very down-to-earth, while still keeping things professional. We were interested in the Sportage at the time, but they had none on site.. So she took us around back & showed us her own, letting us sit in it & get a good idea of the space & features it offers. I had always kept this encounter in the back of my mind as the years passed & the need for a new vehicle became more of a priority.

Fast forward to 2025, we return to the same dealership in hopes of a similar experience. As fate would have it, Robyn walked out again to greet us. We both recognized each other & recalled our first encounter years prior,...

Is what I tell people every time I tell them my story of purchasing my KIA from Robyn at Kia of North Bay! Robyn told me before I drove off in my Kia Sorento that they aren’t just selling cars they are selling experiences and man was she right! This was the BEST experience I have had in dealing with a sales person!!! She really cared about me and what I was looking for and most importantly needed. Now I know she is a sales person and that is her job that she gets paid to do but this, this was not that, she really IS (and I use is because our relationship is not over when I drive off the lot) invested in me as a customer. I know I can call anytime with anything from now until I am looking for my next Kia (which I will buy from her) and she will do what it takes to get done whatever needs to done! Robyn wasn’t the only amazing interaction I had at Kia of North Bay!...

They found me a vehicle when my home dealership wouldn’t. Was worth the 4 hour drive. Excellent service and professional all around even when I showed up a week earlier than they expected due to a little mix up on my part. They were very accommodating and continue to be helpful even after the purchase. James my salesman….who found the vehicle and Celine our financial connection were both very pleasant to deal with. I only wished I lived closer because Kia Northbay would definitely have my loyalty which in these days means a lot as the service industry isn’t the same everywhere. Thanks again all those involved in making me a very satisfied customer.

I recently bought a car from Kia North Bay, and Jim was amazing! He helped me find the perfect pre-certified vehicle and made sure everything went smoothly, even with a slight delay in delivery. Robyn was also super helpful on multiple occasions when Jim wasn’t available. Both Jim and Robyn went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. After much patience, I finally received my beautiful 2023 Kia Sorento and I have to thank the greatest most heart warming sales person Robyn for all time and effort she spent with us. Every question we had was answered with honesty and integrity. Every charge was explained and we got what we ordered Through these new days after all we went through with shortages and Covid, the wait was worth it. The staff were patient and truly cared about us as customers. I got the car I wanted and Robyn was a real trooper.
The technicians did a fantastic job setting up our dash cam and GPS with no wires showing. They went over and above to ensure that the interior looked great.
