*Update* Took my car in yesterday for a winter check up, ended up needing multiple items taken care off. Both Britt and Sandra went out of there way to explain what was vital and what can wait, which was appreciated. Sandra is the main reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Kia for servicing and this was my first interaction with Britt and she was fantastic also. Big KUDOS to them, and of course also the Technician who worked on my vehicle. This is why my next purchase will be @ Kia North Bay always A+ service from the entire team!

Sandra went above and beyond for me last week. My car had a brake fluid leak and they ended up finding a fix instead of replacing the entire brake line. It is a bit expensive, almost 400$ for an oil change, tire switch over, undercoating and labour costs.
