Our 2016 Kia Sorento went into the shop on March 19th for tests to see if we had the head gasket issue and it did. Ben in service called me to let me know what was wrong and that they had contacted Kia about an engine replacement. We waited less than a week to find out we were getting a new engine put in under the extended warranty for that issue. Ben let me know when they ordered the engine and when it was suppose to come in. If I had a question I would text Ben and he always responded the same day. The motor came in on April 7th and the Sorento was taken into the shop the very next day. We went and picked it up today. The service department is great to deal with, especially Ben, we already knew him from when he was at another dealer in North Bay. First time I walked into Kia I was so glad to see his smiling face sitting behind his desk. Very happy with the service we received at Kia!!
