Ran into car troubles on the way home. The wheels coming off- Literally ! The service dept was super fitting me in and diagnosing the problem. Special thanks to Kaitlin. The staff were so courteous. They even made sure my dog was looked after. On the road within the hour. Simply top shelf performance.

We just bought a new Kia Sportage from Kia North Bay. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Zaeem who was extremely friendly , courteous and helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure we got the exact car we wanted. He introduced us to Leo, his sales manager who was also helpful and very knowledgeable. Celine in Finance too care to explain all the financing details. We had a great experience dealing with them.

On Tuesday April 14, 2026 we had an amazing experience with Robyn Kimber (saleswoman) with Kia North Bay. Through Robyn’s guidance we purchased a used 2020 Ford Escort, an awesome find. We picked up our car that Friday, the car was pristine, full of gas and Robyn gave a detailed guide of the cars features. Thank you KIA North Bay, Robyn Kimber and all the staff. L

Our 2016 Kia Sorento went into the shop on March 19th for tests to see if we had the head gasket issue and it did. Ben in service called me to let me know what was wrong and that they had contacted Kia about an engine replacement. We waited less than a week to find out we were getting a new engine put in under the extended warranty for that issue. Ben let me know when they ordered the engine and when it was suppose to come in. If I had a question I would text Ben and he always responded the same day. The motor came in on April 7th and the Sorento was taken into the shop the very next day. We went and picked it up today. The service department is great to deal with, especially Ben, we already knew him from when he was at another dealer in North Bay. First time I walked into Kia I was so glad to see his smiling face sitting behind his desk. Very happy with the service we received at Kia!!

After owning 3 Kia Sorento from Kia of North Bay, we were ready to part ways. The vehicles were great but the service wasn't always great. A few weeks, we got a call from Robyn in sales and we decided to give her another chance and go talk to her as she was always wonderfu lwith us. Robyn was absolutely AMAZING. Between everything Robyn and Celine did for us, we decided to give Kia another chance. They truly both went above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again :) This time, we drove off with a beautiful 2026 Kia Sportage EX Premium. I do want to add though that we did get incredible service from both Ben and Sandra the last few times we did go so I can say I am pleased once again with the service dept as well.
