Ran into car troubles on the way home. The wheels coming off- Literally ! The service dept was super fitting me in and diagnosing the problem. Special thanks to Kaitlin. The staff were so courteous. They even made sure my dog was looked after. On the road within the hour. Simply top shelf performance.

We just bought a new Kia Sportage from Kia North Bay. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Zaeem who was extremely friendly , courteous and helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure we got the exact car we wanted. He introduced us to Leo, his sales manager who was also helpful and very knowledgeable.
