This was our first time travelling to another city to purchase a car. In our town there are many dealerships but none have the customer service you want when buying a car. Let me tell you, driving the 2hrs was worth it! The team at Kia North Bay took the time to listen to our needs and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't want or need. Everyone we came in contact with had a hello or a smile. It was a great experience. Thomas was wonderful! He went above and beyond our expectations. He is a family guy and understands the importance of listen to customers and helping them pick the right vehicle. We would travel the 2hrs again to buy a vehicle from them! We went home on Monday in a 2020 Kia Telluride and we are so happy with our new vehicle! We would recommend them in a heartbeat! This will be my third vehicle that I have purchased with Thomas Ferris. He knows what his clients require and pulls out all the stops to get that vehicle. High energy dude with great insight. Bonnie is a financial wizard, soft spoken but mighty!! She will find the best financing available for you and make your payments work within your budget. Service department guys are all patient and they explain issues very well in terms that can be understood.

This was my first visit to the dealership since I purchased my brand new 2019 Kia Forte in the spring. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I relaxed in their comfy lounge while I waited for my winter tires to be installed.
