I've had nothing but great experiences from Kia North Bay. When car shopping earlier this year, Madison went above and beyond when discussing options and answered all my questions. The entire team is very welcoming and provided me with great customer service. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go here to see Madison.

I received exceptional service at Kia North Bay. It was my first time ordering brand new vehicle and Elysia-Marie was more than helpful throughout the process. I love my 2021 Kia Telluride.

On September 26th 2020 me and my fiancé went to the Kia dealership in North Bay. As first time car buyers we were very overwhelmed and anxious about the whole process. We met with Leo Vaserbakh to see what are options were. He was very honest and patient with us throughout this process and made us feel very comfortable. We also met with Bonnie Malette do discuss the financial aspect of everything and she as well was very kind. They both took part in making the experience truly amazing! We picked up our 2020 Kia Sorento today, and the experience overall was so amazing! Couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out! Would 100% recommend getting in touch with Leo if you are thinking about Kia North bay! Thank you everyone for making our first time purchasing a new vehicle such an amazing experience!

We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento at this location on September 26th 2020 and picked it up today (September 30th 2020). The individual I dealt with was Leo Vaserbakh which I would highly recommend anyone to speak with him when purchasing a vehicle from Kia North Bay! He made the experience of purchasing my first vehicle very pleasant and welcoming. I went in with an open mind and we looked at different options that I had, he was very considerate about our thoughts and helped us in every way he could. Very good salesman but also a very friendly individual. We went through Bonnie Malette for the financial aspect of it and she as well made our experience at Kia very memorable and without a doubt I would return and recommend to anyone.

Jack was super helpful ! He was quick to respond to any questions and friendly

Thomas at Kia North Bay was amazing thanks for all your help with my 2019 GMC Sierra!

EXCEPTIONAL SERIVICE! Anthony was a huge help, answered all of our questions, and made accommodations so that we could leave with a new vehicle that day. I am so thankful we decided to go with Kia they took the time to listen to what we wanted and didn't try to push or upsale something we didn't need. Excellent & knowledgeable customer service aside, the quality of vehicle for the price in unmatched!! 100% will reccomend to everyone!
