I first had my Hidden Pet Fence installed 9 years ago. The fence is still functioning perfectly. When I have damaged my fence (my own fault) the system alerts me appropriately, the company is responsive and repairs are well done and last.

They repaired the non-functioning transmitter off the electric fence. They were there within 24 hours. The repair was done with replacement of the transmitter under warranty. Very competent, repair technician. I would highly recommend it.

We had to have our fence reinstalled due to damage, they were very quick to respond and fix the issue.

I had several quotes and invisible fence companies in my home for my new GoldenDoodle puppy. When the owner of Hidden Pet Fence, Ralph Rizzo came in my home, I immdediately could tell he was honest, forthcoming with all information-including pricing, he also knew this product inside and out! I am a single Mom and I was very concerned about having anyone in my home at all. Ralph was professional and courteous. My skiddish dog took to him as well!! He delivered as promised with no extra costs at all! The training went smooth, his team was very easy to understand, and I could tell they all love animals and this product. I would recommend this brand and this company to anyone!!! It works great!! I should also mention that I did have a few questions along the way. I called Ralph (the owner) on his cell and my call was returned within a few hours-BY HIM!! I love this product...

We have been satisfied customers for a few years. The initial install went great and they took the time to show us how to train our dogs, providing a detailed training regimen to follow. When we needed the fence repaired due to some construction work done on our property, they were very friendly and accommodating as they quickly identified and repaired the fence.

I have used Hidden Pet Fence for my 3 dogs for years. It is amazing how it works for all breeds and personality types. I have 2 very stubborn pit bull mixes and one small terrier mix who is afraid of everything. They were very gentle training my little one. Each of the dogs are on different settings all on one system which is amazing to me. If my pit is chasing something, the collar keeps going until he comes back (which doesn’t take more than a second or two). I just got my mother scheduled to get an install for her new dog, and the team is still as polite and easy to work with as I remember. The best part is, she can bring her dogs collar to my house and it will work on our system as well. I would never trust anyone else with my dogs!
