Hidden Pet Fence of NY Inc

We recently scheduled Hidden Pet Fence to install an underground Advanced Pro system at our home. The company sent out a young man who immediately went to work on a day when it was 90 degrees out with about 90% humidity. This young man, Pavel was his name worked throughout the day from around ten in the morning until the system was installed at 6pm that evening. Then after the installation was complete he went to work training our four month old GSP. I have never seen our dog bond with a stranger so quickly, Pavel is truly a European dog whisperer!!! He worked quickly and gently with our dog introducing her to the fence perimeter. Finally after a full exhausting day he took the time to go over all the paperwork including the training techniques we needed to follow during the first week of training. We hope the system works as well and as hard as their installer.

Quick and easy, and kind and loving to our pup! Pavel went out of his way to ensure our fence was set up appropriately for future driveway paving. Thank you!

Pavel was absolutely wonderful. You can tell he enjoys his job. He was super friendly with my dogs. He was knowledgeable and has fantastic manners. This is the Second time hes come to my housr to train. My boyfriend and I think he was wonderful. Love this company. The receptionist was great when i needed to order batteries. Highly reccomend!

Hidden Pet Fence installed a two-zone system for us over 4-years ago. Their staff and service were great, and the system has worked for us flawlessly since then. I should have written a review of their service then, but I didn't. What drove me to do so today is how they went over and above what is to be normally expected. I was packing to go on a long weekend trip with my wife and daughter when my landscaper accidently ripped through the Hidden Pet Fence line, which brought the system down hard. We weren't planning on taking the dogs with us and had someone coming to our house to take care of them. Not having the Hidden Pet Fence working was not an option. My wife was ready to cancel our trip, when I called Hidden Pet Fence to plead our case. We had our fence installed today and want to share how much we appreciate the service we received. Pavel arrived and met our three Dobermans and he connected with them instantly! Pavel made my husband and I feel comfortable right away as we watched him interact with the dogs and take the time to answer all our questions. He installed the fence and then when it was time to take the dogs out , he did not rush and was amazing with them! After the install and first training, he sat down and reviewed the important details that we needed to know, and again answered our questions. We look forward to having our next training and will be requesting Pavel as the dogs already feel comfortable with him and so do we! We have been customers of Rochester Hidden Pet Fence for 14 years. From the original install to any fixes/repairs, this company is top notch. Outstanding customer service and response when help is needed. A special shoutout to Paval - he goes above and beyond! Our landscape service had cut a wire accidentally and it was super difficult to find the issue, but Paval found it and fixed it in no time! Just as a side note, when HPF says they will show…they show! Paval came out after work hours to repair the cut - his day was busy but he still made time for us. Thabk you for the excellent service!

Pavel did such a great job with training our 8 month old puppy. He was very kind and patient with her. We had our fence installed almost 10 years ago for our other 2 dogs but they have since passed, so we needed to train our new baby with the fence. I highly recommend this fence company over all the others!!

When getting a new fence ask for Pavel. He installed my fence and trained the dog. Today he returned for a repair which was our fault. After making the repair Pavel did a quick survey and find a minor problem from installation. Ask for Pavel - he really cares about doing a quality job and is as nice as he is competent. It’s so refreshing.
