Hidden Pet Fence of NY Inc

Just had Hidden Pet Fence installed today. Pavel did a great job installing the fence and training us and our dog! Very timely and efficient. It is a pleasure to work with Pavel. My dog loves him!

He took the time to understand my dog Minnie's specific needs and created a custom installation that works perfectly. What impressed me most was his patience and gentle handling of Minnie, who can be a bit skittish around new people. He made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. The salesperson, Charlotte, was also excellent at giving me options for our layout and patiently answered all of my questions. Her knowledge of the product was evident, especially knowing it's a family-owned business. From start to finish, they had great customer service, great follow-through, and installation went very smoothly. The tech was great with our dog and very knowledgeable.

This fence has been working great for 9 years years now. No complaints ever. The trainers that come out are always wonderful. Definitely recommend! A+!
