This fence is magic! We have three reactive dogs with strong chase instincts, and they stay well away from the fence line. I saw this tested in real-time when FedEx delivered a package. Our dogs only stood and looked yearningly from a safe distance -- no barreling down the driveway at full alarm as they otherwise would have. The trainer took less than an hour to familiarize all three dogs with the system, and it was easy to complete the training program on our end. Each collar was customized to the dog's tolerance level; I held them in my hand and walked through the fence, and it's not too bad. Even my 8-year-old could handle it. Only one dog, who's particularly stubborn and/or has a high tolerance, needed a strong enough buzz to unpleasantly sting my hand, but it did the trick, and she stays where she needs to. We started with two(very expensive) halo collars for our pups and to say we were disappointed is an understatement- save yourself the money and the time and START with hidden pet fence. They got us on the schedule quickly, did an amazing job with installation, explaining the ins and outs of our new in ground invisible fence, they even include two sessions to train your dogs for you. Everything from the customer service and pricing to the product is fantastic. I only wish we found them sooner.

I couldn’t be any happier with my hidden pet fence. Ralph was punctual, upfront, & worked very hard on our fence! I had a minor problem that wasn’t his fault and he was there no questions asked to fix it. I was relieved that I didn’t go with someone else. He saved us a few bucks on the price too. I have Invisible Fence they have no walk in facility so I've been getting my batteries from Laurie at Hidden Pet Fence. Our old Invisible Fence collar failed and I had to find my dog in the dark last night. I called Laurie this morning and she was able to provide me with a much higher quality collar. She is so nice and so helpful. I was in customer service for 43 years so I know the difference. Laurie is the best!!!!

Ralph was quick with his response to my initial request for a quote. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very clear and to the point in his explanation of all products and services. I really like the fact that his products are not priced by the amount of wire needed. My wife and I were originally just going to do the back yard but he explained that because it's the same cost regardless it was better protection for our animals to do both the front and back yards in case one of them got out through the front door.

Pavel from Hidden Pet Fence was great! He had to come out to repair a line that was cut by a tree company. He was very professional and worked very quickly to get the line working again. Hidden Pet Fence is a fantastic company I highly recommend them!

Returning Hidden Pet Fence customer once again completely satisfied. Pavel arrived, friendly and ready to play with and train our new pitty. Our dog is stubborn, and Pavel stayed and walked with him around the yard so many times to be sure the receiver was programmed correctly. In our small front yard, this proved to be more of a challenge. Pavel stuck with us until he was confident our dog knew what to expect and we understood the training instructions. We have a lab pitbull mix that was notorious for getting out of the house and taking me on short journeys around our area. Most escapes resulted in chase sessions lasting no less than 45 mins so needless to say we had to figure something out. I was referred to Hidden Pet Fence by a colleague and friend as a much more affordable alternative to an actual fence to help resolve our issue. After a rough start and multiple escapes during training mode, Luna has adapted phenomenally! We are finally able to just let her out into the backyard to wander and hangout which we never thought was possible. We even experienced her trying to run out of the corner of the front yard which we designated our "Walk Exit." Thanks to the continous shock feature, she actually returned to the house on her own! This company has been amazing to work with. They are always professional and on time. I was nervous about having them come to my home as my dogs are reactive and don't have the best manners. They were amazing with my dogs and the training went very well and it was simple. This was a good experience all the way around. I had to call for a repair and they sent me Paul Veal. He was thorough and did a fantastic job.

9/16/24 update: it has been about 5 years since we have had the fence installed and now have two dogs. We are still very pleased and happy to have the fence for them. It is great!

We had a fence installed recently. The owner and another employee installed the fence and they were professional, polite and understanding with our energetic puppy. The training provided to our puppy and us was easy to understand and a great experience. It is an excellent investment! We are very satisfied.
