Sales, customer service, and delivery is excellent, install of dishwasher was not what I expected. Having said that we will return for more of the appliances we are replacing this year

Fast and easy purchase. Bought a washer and dryer and after delivered the dryers mother board went out and Hahn was quick to replace the entire unit the next day.

I bought my new washer and dryer set almost a month ago. I knew what I wanted and called for pricing. I spoke with Bobby who handled the whole transaction and honored the sales price over the phone that wasn’t advertised online. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Delivery was scheduled, accurate on timing and gave us updates throughout the day on ETA. We previously purchased our new build’s appliances 2 years ago and received great service then too. They even helped facilitate a warranty issue on one appliance.

1st class online service. They didn’t have the fridge I purchased but had a similar (better in my opinion) at the same price. Pablo delivered and installed the new fridge and helped my nephew set the old fridge outside. My parents love the new fridge. This isn’t my first purchase from Hahns and it won’t be my last. Excellent service from start to finish!

I used the online ordering for the first time, usually go to store for purchase, it was simple and straightforward. The online customer service was extremely helpful. Delivery was quick, installation was professional and clean. Will definitely keep using Hahn for my appliance needs.
