Hahn Appliance Tulsa

The customer service is great. They were very helpful and I am very happy with my appliances. They have a great selection for every price range.

We have bought both a refrigerator and dishwasher at Hahn Appliance in Tulsa. Our experience has been the best one could expect and more. Starting with the sales person on the floor until we picked up the appliances they have always been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous.The desk was efficient and helpful. Delivery crew was on time and installation was smooth. Overall the experience was excellent.

My husband and I were having our kitchen remodeled and we wanted all new appliances. Phil was our salesman and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about each of the appliances we purchased. Our Bosch double oven had to be ordered and after 5 weeks without a firm eta, we had to find it elsewhere, that had it in stock. Phil was more than patient with me as I called him weekly and once we knew we had to get from another vendor, he was understanding and promptly processed a refund for the stove. I would highly recommend their store and 5 stars for Phil C.

Had a great experience with Hahn. Our salesperson, Gage, was very helpful. The whole process was quick too! We haven’t hooked up the oven yet (doing that on our own) but the sales portion is exceptional!

The washing machine is awsome so far.

We had a dishwasher delivered which was dented and Hahn offered us either a $100 credit or to wait for a new delivery of another one. We chose the credit and after some confusion it was finally credited to our account. We are happy with the outcome and the dishwasher.

Quick and easy transaction. We went in with an idea of what we wanted. They showed us one or two other models and broke it down for us. We bought the item we came in for and immediately picked it up.

We purchased storage to put under our washer and dryer. They did not have it at the Tulsa store. However they did in OKC store. Hahn said we can have it here tomorrow with no charge for shipping. I thought that was great, especially in our world today where there is hardly any customer service. Hahn did what they said they would and at a better price then the other Internet sites. We are very happy with our purchase

Fridge went out. Bought one at Lowe's in Muskogee that was delivered next day (Friday). Compressor sounded like a freight train and only shut-off once for 15 minutes in 24 hours. Called to return on Saturday and called Hahn appliance. Spoke to Chris, very helpful. Drove to Tulsa Saturday, picked out fridge and they delivered Tuesday. Excellent communication prior to delivery. Delivery guys showed up early and were fast and professional. Even with removing door to get fridge in, I don't think they were here 30 minutes.
