I went in having narrowed down my purchase to brand between 2 models. Geoff was very knowledgeable to answer my questions, and our shopping trip was completely finished within 30 minutes.

Update 6/25 - new visit to shop for fridge. Phil gave great assistance, was patient with my shopping questions and desire to 'see all my options'. Once again excellent service.

They had a washer & dryer we bought for our son who has 3 kids under age 9 in the house! Do you know how much laundry a family of 5 can generate? We bought industrial sized one with high efficiency ratings. One had a scratch but a paint repair wand from the parts store fixed that right up vet nicely! The other needed a spout kit, but we had to buy a certain kind for our so we expected that! And they didn't HOVER!

Decent staff. They weren't pushy. They gave us our space and time to look at the products. He was helpful and informative when we had questions. He told us about the deals so we could save money and I love the new washer and dryer we got. They were fast getting the set we purchased. They had it ready to load before we pulled around the building and got it loaded in our truck withing a few minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

I needed a refrigerator when mine started to go out. I called several places and in the end Hahn had the better deal. Quick and easy with plenty of items to choose from

If I could give 10 stars on here I would. Our salesperson Phil C. was very knowledgeable. Delivery was fast and the delivery guy Nick and his partner were amazing. They know their stuff. We will buy all of our appliances from here from now on.
