Great experience working with Mike Hefley at Hahn Appliance. Great customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable about the products. No pressure approach answering all my questions to ultimately make the purchase. Mike was helpful in getting a delivery that met my schedule. The Hahn installation team of Issac and Justin completed the delivery and installation. Again, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable of the products. Best installation experience ever. The staff are very accommodating, will give you space while you’re checking out the appliances but they are available if you have questions. They delivered my fridge way earlier than the sched!

Big shout out to my sales rep Mike who was extremely patient with my indecision and wonderfully knowledgeable! He worked with my budget and provided honest reviews without trying to up sale me. I also want to shout out the delivery guy David M! My home has awkward angles and as tired as I know he was he did not throw in the towel and tell it was impossible. He was so positive and kept saying "I can make this work" and he did ! I would give 5 stars but when I called in for a small refund on a labor fee that was not needed I was met with a very rude rep on the phone that caused me to have to go in where I was met with another rude associate . I guess I can't expect great service from everyone but I think the majority of the reps here you will find to be pleasant

This is my cheat code if you will, for all my personal appliances, clients appliances, and our investment property appliances! We always go with Ben as our rep there and he now knows us so well that our trips there are nearly cut right in half bc he is so efficient with what we need. They deliver, offer free pick up if the previous appliance is unhooked, and install for a fee.

I would say this place is hands down 5 STARS! I wish I could give it more! Our salesman Mike Hefley was amazing. He not only was very patient and kind, but he also knew all about the appliances and the store. He did a great job finding us a dryer that fit our needs. This guy is also an excellent multitasker. I've never seen anyone do what he did in regard to multitasking. Looking up appliances on the computer, making phone calls to make sure our item was available, and scoping the store to see if they had it on the floor. The entire time Mike was using his outstanding customer service skills to tend to me and my family. I also want to give a shout-out to August in the financing department. He was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to his department. I was very pleased with the whole experience from Hahn's Appliance Warehouse and will be going back!!

Bought a package deal back in 2023 and we were very happy with our purchase. I failed to give the sales staff a rave review… which they deserved. However, fast forward to this past weekend. For what ever reason, our stove just stopped working. So of course, I couldn’t find my paperwork to see if it was still under warranty. So I called and got one of the staff who ( I forgot his name) who was extremely helpful. I explained what happened to the stove and he gave me some advice as to how I might check to see if it would work before calling a repair person to fix it. I’m happy to report that the advice to unplug the appliances and let it sit for 15 or so minutes and then plug it back in WORKED!
