I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction on Tuesday. The staff was excellent in getting me in. Dr. Waite did the extraction. He and his nurse Sandy were great. They listened to my nervous babbling. I am 67 and this was my first toothache and extraction. I had bleeding problems because I’m on blood thinners and had to go back Wednesday morning. Dr Hosch was my Dr and I don’t remember the nurse’s name but again, they were great. By noon I was still having bleeding problems and so I called back and they told me to come in again at this time Dr. Waite was there and took care of me. By the time I got back this time the bleeding and began to subside. But he and his nurse Karen reassured me that I did the right thing and coming in again and I was beginning to get a little panicky. Dr Oglander is the best. He is an excellent surgeon with the extra benefit of being patient, engaging, and very aware of patient needs to feel comfortable.

Dr. Oglander was so caring, nice and gentle. He really listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. Since my insurance wouldn’t cover anesthesia I had implants with just a local and I did NOT have an ounce of pain. It was actually painless! Love Dr. Oglander!!!

I recently had a bone grafting surgery with Dr. Reti and it went perfectly. I had no issues or pain after which was a huge worry of mine. This is my first surgery with Dr. Reti and I’m so pleased with how everything went. He was also wonderful about answering any questions or concerns I had. I also must add my surgery with southwest is a fraction of the cost of my previous oral surgeon!

The staff are friendly and caring. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted and was in and out without any issues. They send you home with what you need to self-care and make sure you have instructions on what to do. Very professional and kind people.
