My daughter has an upcoming wisdom tooth extraction procedure. I cannot say enough good things about the receptionist there. She has been absolutely wonderful throughout the scheduling process by being incredibly kind, thoughtful, and transparent about what to expect. I also work in a customer service role and have done reception work. I know that, oftentimes, they are underappreciated. This amazing woman deserves recognition.

Thus is my first time coming to Southwest Oral Surgery. I eill definately recommend them to friends and family...Dr. Robert Reti is the best! I have never had teeth extracted so smoothly. Sounds crazy but thats what it was.. Didn't feel a thing!

Omg !! When I say the office was very professional, the dr, the team made me feel so comfortable. That was the quickest painless extraction I’ve ever had . I all I remember is the dr putting in the iv then hearing the ladies saying it’s over Ms. Simpson . No way y’all pulled my tooth that fast … yes they did !!! I’m very impressed I will definitely recommend anyone there was need an oral surgeon. Excellent job!! Thank you thank thank you

We were able to get scheduled quickly to have wisdom teeth removed.
The staff at Southwest oral surgery in Fenton were so nice and friendly. And the day of surgery again such friendly nice people. Dr Kramer came in and explained the process and his bedside manor with me and my 16 year old daughter was great. Getting four wisdom teeth removed was so quick -before I knew it they called me back to sit with her in recovery-
like no more than 1 hr walking in to walking out.
