Got my #9 tooth extracted today followed by immediate implant and bone graft. Dr Robert Reti was straightforward and answered my questions promptly and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process specially with his extensive background. I expected this to be a whole lot worse than it really was. I spent 2-3 weeks in pure fear and anxiety once finding out i needed this done. To say I over exaggerated is an understatement. You have nothing to worry about and the post op pain isn’t nearly as bad as your mind makes it out to be. I went in thinking post op would be 10/10 pain when in reality at most it’s been 2/10 completely manageable with over the counter. I was prescribed Vicodin aswell but feel I probably won’t need it unless the swelling gets bad which is normal.

Dr. Reti and his entire staff at all 3 locations are simply the best in St Louis. Dr Reti always listens to my questions and is genuinely interested in giving me the answers and the care that I need at the time of my visits.
His staff is always cheerful, helpful, and professional.
If you want peace of mind about your particular situation and are not getting that at other oral surgeons, you will receive it here. Dr Reti always makes sure that the patients needs are met before they leave the office.

The service was outstanding I got two wisdom teeth removed Dr.Oglander was awesome he explained every step and made me feel very comfortable and A+ for bed side manner. I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery! I had 5 wisdom teeth & an extra tooth extracted by Dr. Oglander on Saturday & the whole staff was great and informative. I was very nervous and they eased a lot of my anxiety before the procedure & took great care of me after it as well. Also, Dr. Oglander called me later that night to check on me, which I really appreciated!

I hate everything about teeth and dental work. Like, I'd rather ish in my hands and then clap before stepping these two feet into any oral surgeons office. Until, I was forced to seek their help...
I can honestly say this was the best experience in my 36 years of going to a surgeon. Friendly DA's, (Jess was my FAVORITE!) prompt care, experienced surgeon - who listened, and I left feeling better than I did going in. Highly recommended this practice.

I had six teeth extracted (five wisdom and an extra premolar) yesterday morning and from the day I booked the appointment, the team has been nothing but very professional and friendly. They eased a lot of my anxiety since this was my first surgery and I had a lot of uncertainty. Dr. Oglander was very patient, informative, and thorough about the whole process and how wisdom teeth work. The ladies calmed down and were patient as I was getting more nervous minutes before they administered the nitrous oxide and general anesthesia.

Dr. Oglander even called me after business hours personally to check up on me and let him know if I had any questions and concerns as I heal up.

Southwest Oral Surgery was amazing. Cecilia took such good care of me and Doctor Reti was very kind and did a fantastic job. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great place, great people and great customer service

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed here. Booked as an emergency surgery due to breakthrough pain. From the receptionist to the surgeon, Dr. Oglander, everyone was welcoming and answered all my questions. As a new client I had some anxiety, they were very calm and professional which soothed my fears!

They sent me home with a syringe for cleaning, and prescribed pain medication, antibiotics, as well as a medicated mouth wash.

I had no dental insurance at the time and received a nice discount. Overall, great and timely, I would go here again (but hopefully I don’t have to lol!)

I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery. Jess and Dr. Stezke we're very helpful In answering my questions about my daughter's care. They are gentle and great with children.

I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery Center. Dr Kramer is a very good doctor who is compassionate and great with people as well as his knowledge in this field. The staff was also very kind and helpful with questions and never made me feel bad for asking. I got pricing from three places and they were the best price but price aside I would go back here in a heartbeat for any surgery needs. Check them out before you go anywhere else.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had my first sinus lift which I avoided due to hearing so many things that could go wrong with the surgery. Dr. Reti wiped away those worries by the end of the first consult. He is very nice and the surgery was smooth. No complications, my recovery wasn’t painful and the swelling went down quickly. Definitely highly recommend.

One of my molars started hurting last Tuesday evening, and by Wednesday at 3 am, I was in such pain that it persisted through the entire day. I wasn't sure what to do, but Jessica at Southwest was able to get me in on Thursday morning as an emergency with Dr. Setzke, her, and Jaida. It was so easy and quick, and they figured out my insurance, so it was very affordable, which was one of my most significant stressors. I feel like a new woman now, and am so grateful to Jessica, Jaida, and Dr. Setzke for their service and non-judgmental nature.
