Dr Tony Kramer came in after I was prepped and had a 3D x-ray and I found him to be extremely friendly, way past over knowledgeable I mean he explained things to me that I didn't even think I had a question about and the surgery to install a post for a tooth later on was so quick and so easy I didn't even realize it was over with. It was relaxing his staff is extremely friendly it was really cool that they were open on a Saturday and I can't say enough good about this place If you need any type of dental surgery or anything like this, this would be the place to go!

I don’t know it’s it’s God looking out for me because he knows when it comes to dentist or anything related to my teeth I’m Ray Charles and try to avoid it at all cost! I went in and had a consult Dr. Reti was to the point and offered me to ask questions I had none. Day of the surgery everything went as planned, actually even better! I meet 3 wonderful associates there Amy, Mariah and Cynthia! One got me hooked up the monitors the other conversed with me to get me comfortable and the other held my hand when Dr. Reti administered the IV. This procedure had me so nervous and scared of the after effects. Dr. Reti explained the procedure before we started and got busy, lol. This was my first visit and I saw Dr. Reti.
Not only was he one the coolest doctors, but he was very quick and the extraction with bone graft was painless. Dr Reti, gave details on aftercare and what to expect after healing. The whole office staff, was so kind and down to earth. I’m the kind of patient that enjoys a more relaxed environment; Southwest Oral Surgery delivered. This place is phenomenal. My fiancé had to have full extractions and it was terrifying to us and we were worried sick planning this endeavor. They worked with us, tolerated my endless questions and put him at ease. Dr. Oglander called to check on him each time as there were two procedures. The doctor was conservative with the procedures and took great care to reassure us both while doing excellent quality work.

I saw Dr. Waite and was very impressed with his knowledge, handling and willingness to make a recommendation to not have the surgery after reviewing the 3D test results. This is the best place in St. Louis to get your wisdom teeth out! I went here 2 months ago to get all 4 of my wisdoms out. The staff is super sweet and even offered me a blanket and it helped ease my anxiety. My surgeon was super friendly and all of the staff were very thorough with information before/after my procedure. I got the general anesthesia with the laughing gas and my procedure took roughly 30 minutes—which is really quick!! Honestly, I felt like the procedure took only 5 minutes but time definitely flies when you're asleep hahaha. My healing process went pretty smoothly too—definitely listen to their post-surgery instructions and you’ll be fine!! A couple of times I got worried and called the office and they always reassured me! I definitely recommend this office if you ever need to get your wisdoms removed. :)

I wish I could rate 6 star, they were amazing, gave me and my mom clear instructions and were very nice. We will definitely be coming back for any future surgeries I may need.

Highly recommend Dr. Waite. I hate going to the dentist just as much as anyone else might, but Dr. Waite and his staff are very professional and invested in patient care.

I have always had anxiety from any dental work. I had to have a molar removed that was against a wisdom tooth. Had problems finding anyone to get it out. Dr. Anthony Kramer and his assistant Toni were simply amazing. They made me feel comfortable and not much pain at all! Love these guys and highly recommend this practice.

Dr Retti is one of the most amazing surgeons I’ve met in my life! You can tell he’s not only very knowledgeable about odd ball items, but truly cares about his patients. If you want the best this is where you should be. I wish I’d have found him before another doctor messed my mouth up. Dr Retti and his staff have worked hard to help restore my jaw bone and I can’t thank them enough!

I went to Dr. Waite for mutuple Extractions and a Torrid Removel . As soon as I sat down in the Chair Dr Waites Staff went to making me feel Relax and Comfortable. When Dr Waite came in and went over everything and gave me the shots to numb the area .He and he Staff went to work like a well fitted glove .I was so Relaxed and never felt any pain whatsoever ever .Dr.Waite Even takes the time to do a follow up call himself with his patients which means a lot to me Thank you Dr Waite and your Staff Can't say enough for the Great Job 👍 😀

Dr Kramer did my son’s surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole thing. He had 5 teeth pulled and a large cyst removed from his jaw. His recovery has been great. Very little pain considering the amount of work he had done. I very highly recommend this place. Will be back for my daughter.

We are so thankful for Brittany at Southwest Oral Surgery! My husband got his teeth pulled this morning, and Brittany was awesome as we waited to meet with the doctor. She checked on us consistently and made sure there wasn't anything additional we needed.
