Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

The staff at Fountain Hills is extraordinary. Beginning with Emily and Stormie who greeted me at the door and helped me inside and immediately took me to an exam room. Very shortly afterwards Dr. Bair came in and assessed my condition and began treatment. I had lab work, and a CT scan with Lisa and an EKG for a full assessment of what was happening. They were thorough, kind and explained everything. And also, the facility is top-notch and meticulously clean! If needed, I will go there again without hesitation!

Excellent!!! The nurse and Dr both were amazing. If I have any other emergencies this is definitely the place to go for excellent treatment!!!

Admittance was quick and the doctor and nurses were very friendly and professional.
They explained very clearly what procedures they wanted to perform and the reason behind it.

I had sever food poisoning and after the loss of fluids I thought I was going to die. The ER took me in and fixed my dry heaves. After 2bags of IV drips and 4 hours later I was able to walk out. The Dr was very quick to see the problem and make me good again. The nurse was very polite and helped me start to relax. Thanks to the everyone at the Fountain Hills ER.

What an awesome team from the young lady at the front desk who helped me from the phone call until I walked in ; the nurses Stormie and Jenny and the Dr and CT tech who helped me in an emergency situation 7/4/2025 get to the hospital in time for a dire appendicitis situation! I was so sick while visiting my mom in Rio Verde. I had been battling myself all day on whether to go to an ER or urgent care. Were my symptoms bad enough? Would they actually do anything to help me? Would it be worth the hours wait time? I dont know why my search engine brought me to this place but im so grateful! I was hopeful that maybe id be able to get some fluids and something to help with the nausea. From the receptionist being so kind and offering me a bag to vomit in if I couldn't make it to the bathroom. I was called back quickly and I was listened to and treated with respect. Within minutes I had my blood taken and a bag of fluids hooked up to me. Got nausea meds quickly as well. Sent home shortly after tests came back with prescriptions to get me on my way back to normal. These people care. This is what Healthcare should be. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr Mead and team were fantastic. Appreciate everyone there who assisted me during a stressful situation.

My daughter was having a medical emergency. They got her in right away and had labs, iv fluids, ct scan, ekg within minutes. I was very impressed.
