nice staff, although i do wish they would react with more urgency when a patient comes in. maybe ge their info as you treat them

Great, treated well and informed and updated per changes.

I was afraid when I saw a 200 plus reading on my Libre3+ sensor. My decision to come to ftn. Hills ER was the right thing to do. Each of the medical staff made me relax and I felt safe realizing I was having an anxiety moment and that my stress level was way off. Even now I'm laughing when the room's lights went off. But because of the personal and professional care, I'd come up again over going to Honor Health's Urgent Care. Sincerely' Diane M.Gilles. Your Team is great!!!!

My case was handled with great care and compassion.

Was admitted fairly quickly and seen by the doctor in timely manner. Was fortunate for a quick diagnosis and given IV treatments right away and sent home with more meds. Started feeling much better later that day. All in all couldnt ask for anything more or better. Thank you!

I came in so sick, FH ER knew exactly what to do.
I was treated very well!
I was taken by ambulance to Thompson Peak Hospital where I stayed for 5 days.
I do not even remember riding in the ambulance.

I had a great experience with Fountain Hills Medical Center. A medical issue occurred on a Sunday evening and this was the closet urgent care. I was able to get care very quickly and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were friendly, comforting and knowledgeable. My treatment was explained so a lay person could easily understand and was efficiently administered. I would recommend them to anyone.

I loved it. The receptionist was so kind. My nurse Stormy was incredibly nice and took good care of me with such kindness when I was very sick. I will definitely go again and recommend this to friends

I thought I might have Covid. They provided my wife a mask for me as I was outside. I filled out the paperwork and was almost immediately taken to the exam room. The nurse and doctor tested and examined me. I was negative but was still given a thorough exam. Everyone was polite and great. I highly recommend this center. 10 out of ten stars.
