Walked in without appointment and waited just a few minutes (<10) and was then taken back to exam room. Front desk person was warm and friendly as was the nurse who took my vitals. Doc came in within 15 minutes and he, too, was friendly and reassuring. I was at this clinic more than 5 years ago and left them one of their very first 5-star reviews and it’s nice to know that their outstanding service is still being offered.
I won’t hesitate to go here again should the need ever arise.

Fountain Hills ER and Medical Center is always exceptional!! Clean, easy access, wonderful desk staff. Very welcoming and thorough intake and directions. They were prompt from the minute we arrived to exceptional directions before leaving. The nurse and doctor were thorough and gave excellent care in all areas!! We were extremely happy and satisfied with our total experience. Thank you!!

I came to this facility on October 3, 2026 for the first time. I had an infection on my arm that popped up after being injected with a steroid. The staff was kind and accommodating, and Dr. Fu took great care of me. I ended up having to get a tetanus shot, an antibiotic shot, and oral antibiotics. I was surprised at how quickly I was seen, taken care of and out of there. It was also very clean.
