I am away from home in another state. Started having symptoms of an issue that happens a lot. I googled urgent cares and found this place. I am a retired nurse so I notice things others don’t. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Gentlemen at front was very friendly and professional. The nurse was the same as was the physician. The facility was very clean, no smells. They handled my issue in a very timely manner. Since I will be visiting this area regularly, it is nice to know that someplace like this is available to handle my medical needs.

Great experience fast & professional got what I needed to start healing from a nasty spider bite

I came to the ER shortly after it opened to see if it would be an option to send our patients to, if they needed the ER. They did not have people to run their equipment so no X-rays or CTs. The paperwork involved for us to send our patients was over 20 pages before they would admit them. They insisted the paperwork be filled out prior to sending the patient.
Now I went there so a small head injury requiring a CT and sutures. My admitting paperwork was one page. They had a technician in the facility to run their equipment CT. They got me in and out and sutured up quickly.
The staff was so pleasant and easy to engage. I felt like the only patient in there even though I knew I wasn’t. I am an RN, BSN and I would definitely come back to this ER if needed. I didn’t feel like a number and sat in reclining chairs with multiple other people being treated like I did my last time at...

I’ve been there before and it was so so but yesterday was superb. I mean, 5+ stars. The staff was pleasant and very efficient. The doctor was fabulous! His name is Dr. Fu. I had taken a bad fall the day before and he thoroughly,thoroughly checked me out. I was very impressed with him. I even asked him if he had a private office cause I wanted to use him as my primary doctor.

Dr. Mann, nurses Lauren and Nicole could not have been more knowledgeable, professional nor kind in their treatment. I had no wait time and my care was wonderful!

If I could rate this hospital 100 stars i would. While visiting from the east coast, my daughter became violently ill and with immense back pain. After 6 hours I told her we were going to the ER. In vain I read thru several other hospitals bad reviews until I came to this one. I decided to go here and WOW I am so happy I did! The staff were amazing and attentive and Dr Fu was the absolute BEST. As my younger daughter said possibly the GOAT! He immediately made my daughter felt heard and seen. Made her comfortable and then went to gathering every detail. He ordered all the tests and did all the exams all at once. In under 30 minutes she had blood work, urinalysis and a ct scan! It turned out to be a kidney stone and he eased our minds about post visit care. He took the time to tell us all about kidney stones and even gave a collection cup so we could take it back with us on the flight...

ive visited the er 15 times in the last year because i had a rough ass year and when i tell you this is the greatest er experience ive ever had in my life. so thankful for my care team i went in distressed and in lots of pain and left totally calm and feeling soooo much better. thank you guys :)

Helped me out when I needed help.

I had to visit the Fountain Hills Emergency Room last night, and I received outstanding care. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything. The nurses were compassionate, attentive, and made me feel well cared for throughout my visit.

We are so fortunate to have an emergency room like this right here in Fountain Hills. It’s comforting to know our community has access to such excellent medical care. Thank you to the entire staff for making a stressful experience so much easier.

I have been a frequent patient since you first opened. I’m always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I tell everyone when a situation arises for them and they need medical help, not to hesitate to pay you folks a visit….they won’t regret it!

Everyone was great!

I came in after getting sap from a pencil cactus in my eyes. It is intensely painful and unrelenting. Desperate for relief, the staff and physicians knew what to do and got things under control. I appreciated their calm manners when I was anything but calm because of the pain. Thankful for their efforts.

Worth the drive! Zero wait time and outstanding care.I had an incredible experience at Fountain Hills ER. It is a smaller hospital, but they have everything they need. The doctor and nurses were outstanding, and I was shocked to be treated so well from start to finish.The best part? No wait time at all. Even if you do not live in Fountain Hills, it is completely worth the drive over waiting 4 to 8 hours at other hospital ERs. Highly recommend!

The FH ER and Medical Center are rated excellent by me! They got me in immediately and did a perfect job addressing my wound.

Except for the broken foot it was a great experience. Very friendly and fast. Only downside was the Dr. manhandled my broken foot with no warning and made my pain way worse. That made the rest of the inspection unbearable. Just wish the Dr had given me any instructions before he started bending and poking my broken foot

Everyone was kind! efficient and took very good care of me- excellent place to go and no waiting.

Dr hiba and her staff were amazing! Couldn't be happier with the care I received. She's educated and compassionate! Her medical asst.. was a gem as well!

Had a senior moment that required a visit to FH Emergency and was very pleased with responsiveness (in and out in an hour), the friendly Doctor and lovely assistant who dealt with my issue professionally in a clean warm environment! The followup call was unexpected but very welcome! Highly recommend the professionalism of the operation as a very pleasant alternative to big hospital visit farther away!
