Very professional and attentive

Quick, professional and helpful - felt at ease and front desk check in was a breeze. We are from out of town, were on spring break and my daughter was not well, they were so good to us.

What an amazing ER. I was feeling so sick and I didn’t have to wait.The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am quite impressed.

There were no other patients at least in the waiting room, so I was taken care of right away even before I was finished filling out paperwork. Everyone was kind & caring. They were efficient & I was in & out in 2 hrs. I especially appreciated that because I had an 11 mo old puppy that I had to quickly leave in the kitchen.

Courteous and not pushy. They provide choices for treatment.

Given the fact that my first visit to FHERMC was preceded by a true medical emergency it seems strange to describe the overall experience as amazing. Dr. Bair and each member of the staff I encountered was kind, attentive and most importanly highly skilled. The equipment was state of the art and within hours I had all of the necessary tests, blood work and physical exams to diagnose my pulmonary embolism. I was started on a Heparin drip and transported for observation and further treatment to the hospital in the same amount of time that I have spent waiting to be seen at other facilities. It is a remarkable place, they are remarkable providers and I feel better just knowing that the place and the people are just minutes away.

I went to FH Emergency due to pain and pressure in my right ear. The receptionist was most courteous. Check in was relatively easy (always many documents), but within a short time I was taken to a room. The PA was cheerful and most professional. The Dr came in soon, evaluated my condition and after a CT made a responsible diagnosis. He was very attentive and I felt very comfortable with the Dr and my entire experience.!

My husband and I went to Fountain Hills urgent care for a pain in his chest. The care and speed of all the employees was great. He was fine and we appreciated everything they did for both of us.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical assistance.

I fell and needed stitches on my forehead The doctor was great. Great bedside manner which made me very comfortable. He did X-rays and a CT scan of my head to rule out anything else wrong. Stitching was pretty painless which was good. Was in and out fairly quickly.
