Everyone from the front desk reception area to the medical person who took me back into a room, as well as the technician who took the x-rays and the medical person who examined me in the exam room., were all extremely professional, courteous and kind. I was very impressed with the level of service and the cleanliness of the emergency room facility.

This was not our first encounter as always staff were caring professionals. I was quickly seen and treated . Necessary tests were completed and treatment given. I was on my way home feeling much better within ninety minutes. Well informed about ongoing requirements for treatment to share my PCP. I recently had the need to go to the Fountain Hills Emergency Room and Medical Center. It was my first time there and as a retired nurse I have to say I was very impressed. The care was both professional and personable. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and top notch. We are lucky to have such a great facility in our town.

It was good. Took way too long. I was only patient in the ER and I was there two hours. Shift change took place and new shift nurse did not come in to introduce herself. I was left in a an exam room for a very long time without anyone coming into the room to update me.

The facility is well-organized, clean, and staffed with competent and friendly people. Any delay during my wait was explained and I was not left to wonder what was going on. No one enjoys having to carve out a few hours to go to a medical facility; but if your illness/injury warrants such a visit, you might as well go to a facility like this. That’s why it’s there and we’re lucky to have access to it.
