The FH ER and Medical Center are rated excellent by me! They got me in immediately and did a perfect job addressing my wound.

Except for the broken foot it was a great experience. Very friendly and fast. Only downside was the Dr. manhandled my broken foot with no warning and made my pain way worse. That made the rest of the inspection unbearable. Just wish the Dr had given me any instructions before he started bending and poking my broken foot

Dr hiba and her staff were amazing! Couldn't be happier with the care I received. She's educated and compassionate! Her medical asst.. was a gem as well!

Had a senior moment that required a visit to FH Emergency and was very pleased with responsiveness (in and out in an hour), the friendly Doctor and lovely assistant who dealt with my issue professionally in a clean warm environment! The followup call was unexpected but very welcome! Highly recommend the professionalism of the operation as a very pleasant alternative to big hospital visit farther away!

Very good. I’ve been there twice now and each time I was in and out pretty quick and they took care of me very well.

I have visited the facility on more than one occasion. The staff are always very professional, respectful and caring. The treatment is very thorough and the range of available equipment impressive. I am grateful this facility is close to home.

I loved the way they treated us and also how quickly they attended to my nephew.

Another excellent visit to Fountain Hills Emergency Room and Medical Center. I Made the mistake of jumping on Amazon prime day deals and purchased a super awesome toenail clipper deal. Couldn’t wait to get it out of the package and start using it. The first toe I cut was my big toe on my left foot and took a huge chunk of skin off with it. I’m diabetic with neuropathy and on blood thinners. And yes, you guessed it. I had a gusher that wouldn’t stop. My wife and I held pressure on it for about an hour and tried to bandage it up with no success at all. I finally gave up and headed to the emergency room here in Fountain Hills. Everyone there did a great job, including the nurses and Dr. Eric Mann. They stopped the bleeding and patched me up in no time at all. I was taken in immediately, no waiting. What am amazing experience. No other words. I HATE going to the Drs let alone ER. I’ll stay home until almost death cuz I hate it so much. Hours of sitting and waiting omg. Anyhow, I got bit 10 times by something I am completely allergic to so I had to go. I decided to go here since we were on our way to FH and boy am I glad I did. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE I talked to was so kind and sweet. My nose was the best. She had to give me an IV and I hate them. I swear she was so gentle that I would not even flinch if I had to do it again and the removal was the same! The Dr was super kind and helpful. They were fast and on top of it. I would go there every single time but I hope I’ll never need to. Best place to go in my opinion.

This is my go to for my emergency visits. They are fast take care of you empathetic people the nurse Amy I had was great hands on she was the sweetest my provider was helpful he explained everything they did all the test necessary.

If you have to go to an ER this is the one. Even though it's not a place you want to go, they truely make it the best experience possible.

The wait time was short and the treatment was great. They were the doctors and the nurses were very competent and informing. That’s why I love this hospital.

The professional and caring staff members made the visit easy and gave me a sense of peace!

The team down there are incredible. I had gone down there because of some incredible pain and they had diagnosed it within 45 minutes, treated the pain, got me a hospital room at honor health for treatment, and had me transported. I have never had such a great experience at any ER ever. My hat is off to everybody down there

My experience was quick and easy. The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and helpful.

Wasn’t feeling ok but I came to the hospital, the staff were all super friendly. They made sure I was healthy and had me on my way.

Everyone on the staff was kind and first rate. Even though I thought my pain was from a different source, the Dr. quickly got the true cause. They then coordinated my transfer to an emergency room. On a scale of 1-10 this group is a 15!

We Love Love Love the care we receive at Fountain Hills ER. The doctors always tell us everything going on at every turn, we feel well informed when we leave. They literally saved my husband’s life a couple of years ago by insisting he be sent to Mayo hospital. The doctor knew he was very ill, but also knew that it was more than they could accommodate. Ended up have serious West Nile Virus. We are very thankful to the medical team there.

Had to visit Fountain Hills Emergency room for several dog bites. The staff was polite, professional, and quick to provide medical attention and answer questions I had. Dr. Mead was friendly and in my opinion a great doctor who really cares about the medical attention he provides for his patients.
