Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

My teenage son was seen after being hit in the ribs with a baseball. From the front desk staff to the nurse, CT scan technician and doctor, everyone was extremely attentive and compassionate. He was seen pretty quickly and his care was handled efficiently so could return home with appropriate pain control. I would definitely recommend this facility. On top of the excellent care, The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. It’s too bad we don’t have one in Tolleson/Avondale area.

My experience was very good. The Dr and staff on duty were attentive, professional & had excellent people skills. I would highly recommend FH Medical Center.

I was visiting from out of state, accidentally picked up a bark scorpion at my parents house thinking it was sticks the kids had dragged into the house near the kitchen / pool entrance. They were open late (after 10pm on a Friday night in my case), got me right in, checked me, confirmed the picture of the scorpion, monitored me, had anti-venom on hand, and ultimately discharged me as the scorpion didn’t actually manage to inject venom. Staff and doctor were professional and friendly, knowledgeable and ready to treat me based on a variety of possible symptoms. If I needed treatment again I would certainly go back.

From the moment I walked in until I left it was a 5 star experience! I am a retired nurse so am well aware of what exceptional care is. All of the staff was friendly, professional and extremely competent. I would highly recommend.

I love this facility and staff. They were very knowledgeable and caring. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with a fractured finger. They had the equipment needed for an assessment and sent me an outstanding hand specialist for additional care.

What an amazing ER. I was feeling so sick and I didn’t have to wait.The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am quite impressed.

There were no other patients at least in the waiting room, so I was taken care of right away even before I was finished filling out paperwork. Everyone was kind & caring. They were efficient & I was in & out in 2 hrs. I especially appreciated that because I had an 11 mo old puppy that I had to quickly leave in the kitchen.
