The place is amazing. The staff were all super friendly and they treated me right away. I rarely need urgent care, but if I do, I’ll go there first.

My experience was excellent, given that one comes into an ER under less than great condition. The staff was most courteous and knowledgeable, and the facility clean. My exam room had cooling issues but the staff was aware and kept my door open. I would recommend this facility.

Receptionist was perfect. Nurse put Bacitracin over the wound and then tried to approximate the edges of the skin with steri strips. Guessing that she’s new and didn’t realize that the steri strips wouldn’t stick on top of the ointment. Physician was OK because he ordered a Tetanus shot.

Came in about 8 o’clock at night and even though they were very busy they ran all my tests quickly. They were very welcoming and pleasant and really spent time with me, especially the doctor at the end. Highly recommend this place if you need urgent care.

They worked very hard to try to fix my ailment. They were kind knowledgeable but at the end of days I had to go to Scottsdale 90th and Shea to get something really done.. but I would definitely go there again if something else came up.

This is a well operated facility with a caring doctor and medical staff. My 96 year old mom’s needs were addressed quickly and professionally. I’m happy we came to Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center.

I didn’t know this ER & Medical Center existed, but as the closest hospital for my mother’s needs I’m glad I was directed to them from the Honor Health Urgent care. The doctor and med staff attended to my 96 year old mom with professional care. They were very personal and concerned, they did a thorough examination which is why we came, to make sure her head trauma wasn't serious. Thank you for being there and helping us with her care

Helpful and nice

I was hurting coming through those front doors not knowing I was having a heart attack.
Wonderful staff I must say. They were in full control and I never felt worried once. I truly recommend this place when in need.

Parked my Jeep and I came rushing through the front doors, not even remembering if I rang the buzzer or not, instantly a lady came through the other doors asked can I help you?
"I'm in horrible pain and have been for hours."
The staff was on it, a few tests, and yep! you had a heart attack and you are still having one.
All I can say is, thank you for your help and how quickly it was. And to the staff member who stopped my pain
