Fountain Hills ER & Medical Center

My experience was very friendly and professional. My prescription for an infection in my eye which was quickly filled by the pharmacy at Safeway. When I was there last year, the experience was the same. They were short-handed but the quality was amazing.

Seriously best staff ever. I drive from Old Town Scottsdale just for the care they give here! Never a wait…they are so attentive and thorough. I went here first for a bad dog bite that I got in Ftn Hills. After that, and from the care they gave, my family and I come here for any non-pressing issues. They have all the diagnostic machines and testing available on-site. Love them! They make you feel like family.

The best medical and care team one can ever expect in an emergency facility. I am switching to them for my primary care.

Staff was fast and polite great service and medical care

Front desk was a little unenthusiastic, but they got the job done. My time in the assessment room was nice. I had a team of 3 healthcare professionals assess my situation, all of whom were very kind and understanding. Overall, great experience, especially if you have good insurance ;)

I highly recommend Fountain Hills Medical Center- this was my 2nd experience for 2 different issues within a month. Both issues were handled by an experienced, and knowledgeable staff. I felt very comfortable as well as put at ease - and this facility is 3 minutes from my house - which is so convenient.

Unfortunately I had to seek out emergency care yesterday. Fortunately I found this place. Dealt with 5 people in total and each one was pleasant, caring and professional. Would highly recommend.

I have had 2 experiences at FHMC. In both instances I was extremely happy with my care. The staff is professional and kind, always keeping me informed and comfortable— and did it all in what I consider to be a timely manner.
I am so pleased that we have a facility such as this in the area.

Took a spill on my bike resulting in a trip to the Fountain Hills ED. Ended up have a CAT Scan as I hit my head and ended up with four stitches in my forehead.

The service was prompt, friendly and professional. Dr. Stavridis fixed me up and I was on my way. There was a delay in getting my scan read but the it was read out of state since it was late on a Saturday night. The staff was apologetic but it was out of their hands.

Overall a great experience all things considered. I’d go back or recommend anyone to go there if necessary. A great addition to Fountain Hills!!

Friendly staff, and prompt service, safe and clean environment.

The ER was efficient and knowledgeable the wait time was minimal I was treated promptly and I was in and out of the ER in record time. I would highly recommend this facility for all emergency room needs over any of the local ER hospitals

Amazing facility, but the staff are the real 5 star winners!!!! Entire staff from Doctors to Nurses to Techs, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to all at Fountain Hill Medical Center for identify my illness and getting me better!!!! Appreciation!!!!!

Was a walk-in at this emergency medical clinic and got in fast went home with great results on my chest pain and loved their staff was really nice. Would recommend this place to everyone. 👍👍

The staff was very helpful was with insurance concerns and the doctor was thorough in his care for my illness.

I only had about a 15 minute wait before they took me back to see the ER Doctor. The receptionist, Dr, nurse, and radiologist were all very professional, and made me feel very welcome. Although I hope I never have to go back to the ER, I will not hesitate to choose that one again!

Staff was friendly and caring. Since I came in a little after 11 pm, discharging was a slow process.

Dr Mead and Nurse Westin were very professional and attentive. Care was started immediately on arrival. Kept my husband and i informed every step of the way until transferred to Thompson Peak. We are so appreciative for everything they did and this community is very lucky to have this facility.
