Fabulous experience. The gentleman at the front desk was engaging and kind. Wait time unheard of, so fast! The physician and nursing staff as well as X ray Tech were ALL fantastic. We will always go to this location from here on out.

I was impressed at a very stressful time. They were all extra kind, extremely knowledgeable and the process beginning to end went so quickly! How is that even possible in the medical world today? Normal procedures, paperwork etc. But, the nurse and doctor put me completely at ease and I felt perfectly cared for. Thank goodness this facility is here.

The staff at FHMCAZ were very friendly. I was seen by a nurse immediately after completing the required paperwork. Shortly after explaining my problem I met with the doctor who was friendly and knowledgeable. My medical problem was treated and I was able to leave in less than an hour after arriving.

I was checked in and released in a record amount of time. I received the results for my bloodwork, chest xray, and CT scan all within what only felt like an hour and a half.

We are so grateful to have this quality, 24x7 health care facility in Fountain Hills. Having both been patients there -more than once - the quality of care is consistently good. Almost no red tape! Friendly competent staff.

Awesome service

From coming in the door to walking out the door all the staff was awesome.
They were kind attentive. Patient and very good at explaining everything going on.
Is medical staff was thorough. And I'm grateful to be fortunate enough to have such a good experience going in-and-out was quick which does it normally happen in an ER.

FHMCAZ is an amazing facility! When I found myself needing emergency care, I decided to try this facility. From the minute I walked in the door, I had a first class experience from the admitting personnel to the nurses, doctor, imaging technician. The facility was very clean. I highly recommend FHMCAZ. They have earned my respect.

All but one person was kind. I was in dire pain, and they patiently printed out my medical records because I have many drug reactions or allergies. Doctor looked at my history and prescribed what was safe.
