The owner, Marcellis happened to be my technician. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about mold and attentive to figuring out if I had mold on my basement. After his assessment, he assured me that I did not have mold when he could have just as easily told me that there is a chance that I did which could have resulted in opening drywall and costly repairs.

Amazing work done by the team! They responded the same day when my basement flooded, and rebuilt my basement quickly. The finished product was beautiful. The entire team was professional.

After finding 5” of water in my basement following a large storm and sump pump failure I immediately called First & Last. I was sent a preauthorization work email within minutes and had a crew on-site within a few hours. Lavar and Charles were professional, diligent, and had no problem walking me through all the details of their game plan to rid my basement of moisture. Communication was top notch as emails were sent whenever a follow up visit was scheduled. I am a more “hands on” homeowner and attempted to help as much as possible but I know the job would have been done just as efficiently if I were sitting on the couch the entire time. I can not recommend First & Last enough for anyone in need of water mitigation assistance.

These guys are awesome! Had a pretty serious leak in my basement and they came out next day (which happened to be a sunday) and took care of everything. Extremely professional throughout the process and thought it was reasonably priced as well for the work they had to do. They even removed old belongings that ServPro was supposed to take out of our house after a fire we had a couple years ago. Servpro stopped answering our calls and left it there for us to deal with. First and Last picked up their slack. Definitely recommend!

Fortunately for us Marcellis gave us good news that we were not in need of any major work. Was very honest and trustworthy and took time to explain what was going on. Hopefully we never have any issues in the future, but if we do I would not hesitate to call First & Last Restoration

This company was great! Very thorough & professional. They cleared the basement storage closet of a considerable amount of stored items with no complaints & meticulously packaged all of the clothing in storage bags.....

Super responsive. Flood occured at 8PM First and Last arrived ahead of schedule at 1230AM and worked until done at 3:30AM. Great crew led by Marcellus. We are on our way to getting back to done.

Very professional company. Went above and beyond to wrap up my items in plastic to make sure nothing got damaged. They even moved all my furniture and items out of the room they were working in. They did an amazing job removing all the sewage from my home. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I just bought a new house, only to find a mold-like substance covering the walls of the attic. Our first home inspector (not a remediation expert) was sure it was mold, and charged us over $100 for a single tape test. The results of that test were vague, and he concluded by advising that we should “not use the attic.” - an unrealistic and unprofessional suggestion.

Marcellis and his Disinfect-It team restored my basement after my hot water heater burst. From the first contact until the job was done, they were professional, on-time, knowledgeable, fast, and provided excellent customer service! The water damage from the water heater was much more extensive than I realized. They identified all of the affected areas (carpet, structure, and items), only removed the drywall, studs, and trim that were damaged, and ensured that everything was thoroughly dry before starting the rebuild.
