First and Last showed up promptly to get in start drying my basment. Jose and Darryl did an awesome job explaining the process, drying the basement, and explaining the issues!

Kyle and Navin did a wonderful job! They were polite and professional.

We had a pipe freeze and burst during the cold snap and it turned into a nightmare fast. First & Last Restoration answered right away and had a crew out quickly to stop the damage!! They explained everything clearly, helped us understand what insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and handled the water cleanup professionally. The team was respectful, on time, and really knew what they were doing. You could tell they’ve dealt with frozen pipe breaks before. Huge relief during a stressful situation highly recommend.

When we discovered our sewer had backed up into our first floor at 10pm the day after Thanksgiving we were in a panic trying to figure out what do. As we searched for help that could arrive before the morning, we found First and Last who had a team at our home within hours to begin the clean up process in the wee hours of the morning. Every member of their team was incredible to work with from remediation to rebuild. I can't recommend Davin, Justin, Marcellis, and the entire First and Last team any more.

Very Impressed with First and Last Restoration! They came out in the cold and rain and stayed until the job was done. They returned almost daily until the job was complete, the air was clean and everything was dry. Professional and trustworthy.
