First & Last Restoration

First and Last showed up promptly to get in start drying my basment. Jose and Darryl did an awesome job explaining the process, drying the basement, and explaining the issues!

Kyle and Navin did a wonderful job! They were polite and professional.

First & Last Restoration was awesome to work with! Dealing with a flooded basement from a frozen pipe is stressful but with Hosea and Navin I knew I was in good hands. Communication was excellent. They were professional, timely, and kind, and they explained everything that they were doing and why. We had a pipe freeze and burst during the cold snap and it turned into a nightmare fast. First & Last Restoration answered right away and had a crew out quickly to stop the damage!! They explained everything clearly, helped us understand what insurance would and wouldn’t cover, and handled the water cleanup professionally. The team was respectful, on time, and really knew what they were doing. You could tell they’ve dealt with frozen pipe breaks before. Huge relief during a stressful situation highly recommend.
