We purchased an insert at Everything H2O to improve our existing fireplace's heating efficiency. Jay installed it expertly, even helping us design a decorative metal cover for the bottom of the insert. We couldn't be happier! Not only is this insert beautiful -it's now the focal point of our living room- it is AMAZINGLY warm and efficient!!! We use it to heat our 900 sq feet first floor, no problem. Next morning there are still embers, we don't even need to get up at night. As I'm writing this, this mornig's weather is minus 40° C, and we're toasty warm. Couldn't be happier! Jay was efficient, competent, and generous with his knowledge, very willing to answer all our questions and then some. This was my second Blaze King stove. It is installed in the guest half of my house. It's -35C here today and plans for three more days of this exist in the forecast. We need reliable heat here.
It took several small to medium size fires to get the smell out and to train me up on the idiosyncrasies of the stove. It seems to have some updated smoother bits. For instance the draft mechanism. I can have it start with the first setup. Maybe the layer of ash helps too. Read more >

Excellent knowledge and service. When we booked it did take over a month to get our fireplace install done but we did know that up front and is also a testament to their quality as it was just because they were so busy trying to keep up with demand. I purchased a Blaze King model Princess 30 wood stove from Everything H2O in Rocky Mountain House as I had heard good reviews from others and their price was very reasonable. The salesman (Brad) was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. He was very clear on their installation process and what I could expect. 4 weeks later, as promised, their installation crew (Jay and Randy ) arrived to install this wood stove. They were both very friendly and professional. The installation went very smoothly and they both were very attentive in ensuring the installation mess was cleaned up and I was satisfied with their work before they left my home.
