We have used H2o several times of the years from hot water tank, to pressure tank to frozen water! and have found the technicians Johnny, Jonathon, and Nathon,, and a couple of others over the years, to be very professional with no mess, no fuss and get the job done. And even call back to ensure satisfactory! The girls in the office are polite and knowledgeable and quick to dispatch technician. If anyone has a water problem we highly recommend Everything H2o. I have a decently complex water/heating system that has been retrofitted by previous owners a few times. Everything H20 has saved me from no water or no heat on several occasions. They're always friendly, quick, and manage to quickly come save my house from freezing up no matter how inconvenient my timing is to them. They definitely have that "hometown/local business/ACTUALLY care about their customers" feel to them, rather than just making their customers feel like a number. This has not been my experience in the past with other companies. The tradesmen they employ are all knowledgeable, friendly, and quick, and everyone at the font desk helps me with every stupid heat/water/hot tub/fireplace question I throw at them.
