Whether reception, administration, trades persons, or management, all members of Everything H2O were consummate professionals. When enquiring about a water system they had put in the house we had recently purchased, rather than send someone out and charge us, they looked up the system and then proceeded to show me how to maintain it. This dedication to the customer and service vice the almighty dollar, convinced me to have them supply and install a central air conditioner. The trades persons did an exceptional job installing the unit. Communications were always clear, and timings were met…a rarity in this day and age. They found ways to save us money, and ensured the install was esthetically pleasing to the eye. When the trades persons left, you could not tell that they had been there with the exception to a new central air conditioner.

We had our older hot tub repaired and serviced. Absolutely wonderful service! I felt the cost was very fair and the technician knew what he was doing. Couldn't have been better.

This is such a great place for all things water related! They are my go to for hot tub supplies, home water conditioning and drinking water jug refills.Their customer service is top notch. They also have smokers and a large variety of seasonings!

Very timely service for an urgent hot water heater repair, good price & did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. We will not hesitate to call them again.

When in the sylvan store getting our hot tub water checked I started talking to the owner about a problem I had with our gas fireplace, there seemed to be a draft coming into the room around the fireplace. I was happy to learn that their lead plumber was ticketed to come a check out the problem. When Jonathon arrived he quickly diagnosed the chimney not being sealed properly and was able to do that for us easily. We are so pleased that the wind no longer blows through the vent and the walls and the room is now consistently warm.

Our old water logged pressure tank needed to be changed and I was so impressed with the work John did for us in the fall that I decided to get them to replace the old tank with a new one. Due to a scheduling change, Mat and Tristan were able to come out the next day and get it done. All of the old connections and switches were replaced with shiny new ones and everything is running great. Definitely would use them again.

Have to say starting with Jonathan to get information and pricing felt confident in his advise. Brian arrived on time and did an excellent job in installing the new water heater. Also taking away the old one was much apreciated.
